Our stay at the EVEN hotel was FANTASTIC!! I LOVED my room — suite, large bathroom, quartz countertops, desk space, electric shades, two TVs, workout options — it was great. Super clean.
Your staff was incredible. Every single one of them were kind, personable, super helpful, friendly, eager, knowledgeable, and effective.
We loved the layout of the lobby/common areas — gave us very useful and comfortable space. One night we gathered at the back couch/chair area for pizza with extended family. One night we sat out by the fire ring (even though we wished they had propane so we could’ve lit them.) One day we sat in the bar/eating area to watch an entire football game. The front chairs were comfortable while waiting for pickups/departures.
I was so grateful that there was a computer and printer in the lobby — I needed to print an email one night and the facility made it easy!
I liked that there was a door hanger for “be green” letting the cleaning staff kno that I didn’t need my room cleaned!! Most hotels only have a “do not disturb” which is confusing for the housekeeping staff. The “be green” door hanger made it easy for me AND the housekeeping crew to communicate effectively.
Loved the infused water available in the lobby!! Loved the waterfill stations on every floor near the elevators — very very useful
Your bar staff was wonderful — so friendly — very personable.
Your menu looks delicious!! I never got a chance to eat there, but definitely will next time!
Love the health aspect with every detail.
The entire layout of the hotel is well thought out and useful.
Great location — it was quick and easy to get to our daily destinations. Plenty of parking. Good choice of restaurants nearby.
Our family has already agreed to stay there next time we return to Denver!! During our entire stay, our daily conversations always included how much we love the hotel!
My brother lives there in Denver and said he would definitely recommend the EVEN to anyone else visiting him. I have friends there in Greenwood Village who stopped by and loved the hotel as well — said they’d recommend it to their visitors.
I travel A LOT a have never written to a hotel manager about how much I love their hotel — this is a first!!
It’s a fabulously run hotel — we all loved it.
We now have a “go-to” hotel in Denver — makes planning future trips stress free!!
Thanks for everything — great job!!
See you next time!

The hotel seemed new and our room was very nice. It was clean and spacious. There were weight lifting/exercise equipment in the room which I thought was really interesting...and didn't use.
It's about 20 mins away from downtown Denver. The neighborhood was quiet and felt pretty safe. There were a lot of restaurants nearby.

I'm not one to leave reviews, but I feel this property has to be mentioned. I travel frequently on business so I have stayed in my fair share of properties (Diamond with both IHG and Hilton)
I have stayed in Hotels all around the Denver area, until I came across this facility a few years ago. I stayed here when it was a holiday inn express and it was OK. It was changed to an EVEN property and what a difference. This place has improved so much.
Reasons for my 5 star reviews:
1. Location....this is an easy drive to anywhere in Denver, not far from the Springs, castle rock, or DIA..
2. The beds....they have the best beds ever
3. Cleanliness. I have stayed here at least 100 times and have never complained about it not being clean.
4. PRICE....you can't find a more competitive price for what you get. I feel they could get away with charging more.
5 Fitness Center....it's way more than you're going to find at a comparable Hotel.
6. Blackout shades....no need to explain that
7 Showers. They have Great water pressure and offer a rain style shower head, plus the wand. Definitely a plus.
8. AC blows cold....I did have an experience, after hours where my AC stopped blowing cold. The manager had someone up really quick, again after hours. She (Felicia) stayed in commination with me until we resolved the issue. She added points to my IHG account for the inconvenience, which really was not that inconvenient. These things happen.
The most important thing I have to mention is how I am treated every time I check in or need anything. The entire staff is always
so kind. Felicia Romero, the Hotel GM has done an amazing job! See you all my next visit to Denver!! Great job everyone!

I stayed there a few times, but the last time I was there, we were given a room that smelled like cigarettes. The manager claimed that they are non-smoking property, but someone, apparently, found a way to smoke in the room. I woke up more than three times at night because the bed and headboard smelled like cigarettes. The receptionist said the manager would reach out to us, but someone (the manager or the receptionist) was not telling the truth. I guess I will not go back there again.

This is a really cool experience being here. Great vibes and even better the front desk manager, Raina was really busy while we were checking in. She handled all the chaos like a professional. She made us feel welcome and even with being extremely busy we had her full attention! She deserves a raise without question! Thanks, Raina!

I recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and had a generally positive and bad experience. The hotel's cleanliness and daily housekeeping services were exceptional. However, I felt that the amenities fell short of 3 star expectations. Some notable omissions included:
• No complimentary breakfast
• No free coffee or refreshments for guests
• No pool or jacuzzi
• No microwave available
While the hotel's location was convenient, parking free, the lack of amenities made it feel disappointed.

Not going to show camera footage to police and help innocent people find their stolen belongings is a shame… sounds like the staff or owners may be in on it… if that’s not the case, then what do you have to hide??

Beware of theft in the area before staying at this hotel! We had a f250 king ranch and a 20foot trailer with three Harley road glides sit in the parking lot over night and they were all stolen, hotel was not helpful and even confrontational with law enforcement when asked about camera footage. The motorcycle store next door was more than happy to help us try and find out what happen to all our vehicles that were stolen and told us about a lot of theft happening from this hotel with the hotel not helping at all.

Waking up to bugs in my hotel bed was alarming. I reported the issue, and while the staff promptly cleaned the room and brought in an inspection company, the experience only went downhill from there. Avoid dealing with Felicia—she’s more interested in arguing and covering up their mistakes than addressing concerns. The problem was reported at 7:30 am, yet after a full day of cleaning, by 3:30 pm, they insisted everything had mysteriously resolved itself. Felicia didn’t realize I understood Spanish, so I overheard her instruct Juan to lower the AC and “clean” the room. To top it off, the hallway was filled with stripped sheets, clearly indicating other issues. Save yourself the trouble and stay somewhere else! I have added pictures for all to review.
Edit:
I must kindly inform you none of the pictures are of other guest rooms! That was my room. Secondly, no information was emailed and still to date you haven’t identified what bug was in the cup. Again, great job cleaning BEFORE the actual ECO team arrived!

My stay at this hotel was wonderful . Staff was very professional and cheerful. My room was spotless and kept up each day with fresh linens and towels. Breakfast was outstanding. Hotel Management was especially professional and showed the most welcoming smile I have ever seen. I will definitely stay at this property for all my travels . The area was very near where I needed to be.

New, clean, and well decorated. The beds are comfy. Most hotels in this price point offer a free breakfast buffet in the morning. If you want breakfast here, it will end up costing $40 with coffee. There was nowhere to just pick up a free cup of coffee. The coffee machine was available for $4 a cup.
