“They did a reasonable job on framing two pictures I had, but both times we went we had to wait for someone to notice us. The 2nd time we waited for 15 minutes and there was someone working in the back. We couldn't get his attention so finally had to have someone call him from inside the store! At $260 for two simple frames, the value was not there, but maybe that is just the going rate these days.”
“Dropped in for the first time, and was immediately impressed. The young gentleman behind the counter was welcoming, and had the perfect gaming store personality: quirky and unashamed about it. They have a bit of everything here from board games to tabletop supplies to card games. This is definitely going to be a repeat stop for me.

They all sell magic cards along with all the types of cards depending on location. There 3 here in my area. If you want retro or even where to start this is the best place to look if you want to go in person. Remember always check the discs before buying for scratches”

“I have to completely change my review here. Now generally I will give most everyone a second shot. Originally I was unwilling to consider this. But, I changed my mind and brought my 1/24 scale crawler in to have a bag of parts installed. In on a Monday afternoon and ready Tuesday afternoon, man quick turn around. Never told them who I was, or that I had been in contact with the owner Fred. Only charged me $75.00, holy moly that's cheap! I'm super happy, and my crawler is a completely different animal ?. Props to David who did the work! Thanks, have yet to have it out yet but it's been raining.”

“This is the place to go for the R/C hobbyist as the store is well typically fairly well stocked. Very helpful, friendly, and knowledgable staff as well! Need a modeling tool or some painting supplies? Its probably in stock. Not to mention all the model kits from trains, planes, and automobiles to tabletops, slot car, and Gundam. A great selection of mind benders and puzzles too! In my opinion, this is a great starting place for your hobbyist needs!”

I would have been looking around for who knows how many minutes looking for this small item if a guy named Antonio hadn't OFFERED assistance! Thank you so much, sir! Usually when I come to this store the teenage employees have NO interest whatsoever in offering help of any kind. This experience today was out of the norm and totally unexpected! Please give Antonio a raise and tell him how appreciated he is and for him to keep up the good work! His customer service skills were AWESOME and it was such a pleasure to have this when assistance at this Michael's is usually a big joke!”
“I visited this store (#1189) in Sheridan, CO today. It was my plan to see if I could get some Christmas items to gather up for next season. I was greeted by a very helpful and friendly store manager named Trevor. He was busy packing up boxes. I explained that my Mama lives in an Assisted Living facility and that I like to donate what I can to their Activities Department. I was tickled to death to see the great assortment of decorations available and began to make my plan. Trevor, sensing my obvious level of overwhelming ideas, offered to bring boxes that I could fill with what I wanted. He also told me about wreaths and boxes of ribbon. Long story kinda short, we filled my van to the top with items I can donate!! (And some I can keep as well!) on top of it all, he gave me a very generous discount that humbled me to my bones. I just can't say enough about how happy this will make so many people! This isn't necessarily my "home" store, but you can bet it is now!!
