Great experience here! They made working with my insurance super easy and Enterprise is across the street making a rental process a breeze. Trustworthy body shop with a mom and pop feel. Cheryl is great at communicating and they send you text updates. Pat did a great job repairing my car quickly. Will definitely be making this my body shop for any future needs! 10/10 recommend.

Took my 2021 Ford F150 to get bumper and front end fixed , no other body shop would even give me an estimate because I was paying for it myself out of pocket, Pat gave me a fair estimate and fixed everything like new and did an absolutely terrific job, I am so happy to have my truck looking like new again, I highly recommend this Body shop to everyone, it may take a bit to get in but it's worth the wait as it's not just this body shop that's backed up. It's all body shops that are backed up, I would rather wait an extra month to take my truck here then go anywhere else. Not that you'll necessarily have to wait any longer than any place else you go, very trustworthy. Very honest and very very excellent work. I had even left some cash in the driver door of my truck by mistake, and it was untouched. Very happy with the service I received from Highwood! Had to take my car here after someone put a good dent in my back, passenger side door. They communicated with my insurance on their own ensuring everything was in order. They asked if I was set up with a rental and I was, but I paid for it out of my pocket. Soon as they knew that, they got to work and finished a few days earlier than what was in their original quote. Loved the text message updates. I called and scheduled an appointment to get an estimate on a dent repair. Cheryl, the receptionist asked for my insurance information and I let her know that I wanted to pay out-of-pocket for the repairs. I showed up on the date and on time of my appointment to an empty lobby. I sat down and waited for about 15 mins. until the technician walked in from the garage saying, "oh, hello. I didn't know that you were here.". He informed me that Cheryl was out of the office and he didn't know when she'd be back. I let him know that I had an appointment for a repair estimate and asked him to call to find out when she would be back. After a short conversation, he handed the phone to me. I said hello. Cheryl was very rude. She tried to explain that she did not have my insurance paperwork or my telephone number and cancelled my appointment. But didn't let me know. I explained again that I wanted to pay for the repair and not go through insurance. Cheryl did say that she was sorry for cancelling but she can't do an estimate for me, and didn't ask to reschedule. I said that I understand that you're sorry but this was unacceptable. She hung up on me. I asked the tech for a business card to get in touch with the owner and he pointed to the desk. While I was picking up a card, Cheryl called the tech back and I overheard her say to him that she'd be there soon, told him to" tell him to leave." and "I don't care, get him out of there." The tech was very friendly but there's no way I'd consider letting this business work on my vehicle. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Go somewhere else!

Pat and Sheryl do an amazing job of navigating the world of auto insurance claims and repairs. I have had three opportunities to utilize them, and have been amazed at the outcomes. Recently they called me before my repair date as they had an opportunity to start the work early, my vehicle was done in a week, which was one day earlier than they expected, the quality is amazing, and again, I am absolutely pleased. I repair from 10 years ago still looks great, has no rust or any oxidizing issues, and has allowed me to retain amazing value in my vehicle.

Took my car to Highwood Auto Repair on South Broadway after a careless kid at Target pulled a string of shopping carts into my right fender. Highwood repaired the damage and did a terrific job. Can't even tell there was damage to my car. Took less time to repair my car then originally estimated. Pat and Cheryl at Highwood are wonderful to work with. I definitely recommend this auto repair shop.
