Don't rent here I had a issue where I was given a broken car then when I made a complaint I was retaliated against by staff and even had the cops called on me with my Five year old son there because I made a comment about how dirty the bathroom was and how unprofessional the staff are Can't get a hold of Hertz themselves to resolve this issue Please don't if your a driver looking to work for Lyft and rent a car Thru Hertz this isn't the place To bad it's the Only one in the Metro area to rent for Drivers Oh yeah and Gain Lol so called refused to give his Information when Asked because I was going to report Him The Company needs to fire everyone that works there and start over because This Type of Disrespect is going to Get Hertz and Lyft Sued

I had my insurance company book a car because I needed my car fixed from an accident. I got confirmation a car was booked only to get there and be told they have nothing available.I asked my company to rebook with Enterprise and Enterprise called for my details within minutes of my rep booking the car

I would give Hertz Corporate, and this store, negative 5 starts if that was an option.I had a reservation set up by insurance. I couldn’t use it until the car was due to go to the body shop. I got 2 phone calls a week from the store, and from corporate. I would call back, and YOU CAN ONLY TALK TO CORPORATE. There is no option on the phone tree to talk with the person at the store that called you. All the same, apparently they don’t talk to each other. I would talk to one, and the other would call me a few days later. I talked to someone again, and round about the same.I finally got it set up for them to pick me up at 9am today at the body shop. No one showed. I called and finally got to speak with someone at the Aurora store. I spoke with BRITTANY. She was rude as hell right out of the gate. She told me they don’t have my car, and they don’t have my reservation, and that they would never agree to pick someone up at specific time, and especially at the distance I was.I got transferred to the Englewood store. No one there would answer. I called again with no answer. I got on the phone with corporate, and spent another 30 minutes on hold, and got told that they do have my reservation, but they would have to escalate the issue and someone would call me.Ultimately, I was able to call my insurance company and they got me a reservation with Enterprise. Enterprise came and got me and took care of me before Hertz called me back. In order to make this right, they told me they would have the vehicle ready and I could come and pick it up. Like I would waste more time after they made me miss one appointment, and made me late to another.Hertz, you know who I am, and you know how to reach me. If you want me to remove these, reach out and make it right.

Won’t answer my phone calls. I called over 10 times and I been on hold for 40 minutes each time.

Only one employee at the counter with a long line of customers. After one hour three people had been assisted but still had 5 others ahead of me. There were several other employees at the store but no one came to provide additional customer assistance the only person helping.

Don’t provide a phone number if you guys don’t like answering phones. Simple. I’ve called I kid you not 40x. Even took the time to count how many I’ve called, while I was waiting. You call and no one picks up the call just drops. I imagine they watch as the phone just rings. And from the looks of it this place has be “understaffed” for months and they use the same generic response to bad reviews ,”well forward this to our local manager” — I don’t actually think that the manager even exists, and if they do exists lol obviously that has done NOTHING to resolve any of the issues. Find better employees, pay them better, or just throw the whole company away. That’s my advice. I’ve dealt with terrible service before but there is absolutely no service at this place it seems..........Lmao AN UPDATE: they left me not one but two phone numbers that I’ve already call (multiple times) thanks so much for your (again) useless response, unless you can provide a direct line to an actual person, stop providing phone numbers that I was smart enough to google on my own. I wouldn’t have left the bad review if you guys were reachable through those phone numbers.

Went to this location to return a car on Friday December 29th at 4:45pm and the office was locked and staff was gone even though they are supposed to be open until 5pm. They have been at this new location for over three months and they still haven’t put up a drop box so you can’t return cars after hours. Over 3 months to put up a drop box, that’s how lazy the staff is at this location and they almost never answer the phones.

I haven’t even gotten my rental car yet and I’m already dreading having to deal with this company. When I booked I was told to call the local office to confirm my pickup time an hour before my reservation in order to get a ride. However, I wanted to try to inquire about changing my pick up day. I have called the office 6 times and opted to speak to a local office employee and all the phone does is ring endlessly and then eventually hang up. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get to a real person and I am already hating the idea of having to work with these people.Edit: they had time to respond with a generic message to my review but still no time to get anyone to contact me. I am trying to get a hold of my insurance provider to switch car rental companies because this place has already left a bad taste in my mouth without ever stepping foot into the building.

Wasn't able to apply AAA discount even though last time I used hertz had no problem doing so. Whomever I picked the car up from said I'd have to wait til I was billed out to use the discount. Upon returning the vehicle I was told sorry no go on the discount. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.
