I took my car to the service department for an oil change, after an hour and a half they delivered my car and said that all parts of your car are healthy and sent me a copy of the email. The information in the e-mail that I received was very different from the paper, and in the e-mail it was written that my car is leaking oil. When I got my car, they didn't put the next mile sticker for oil change on my car, and I didn't know when I should change the oil next. It needs a manager and a good service because I haven't received complete and good information from them, and now I'm confused about my car. Is it healthy or does it leak oil? I took an appointment to check my car elsewhere ☹?

I would give them a 3.5 if that was an option. I needed new spark plugs and they were able to help me out very quickly and at an excellent rate!! As a young female going to a car shop is often a dreaded experience and I didn't necessarily get talked down to but didn't feel super great about my conversation with the guy who checked me in. When I came to the building not one employee looked like they wanted to be there and I was interacted with as such. However they fixed my car!!! I'm feeling v grateful to have it done

Charged double what we were quoted for a key replacement. They dodged our calls all day and would not let me speak to a manager. I do not recommend. The truck in question was purchased here too... shows you how they treat their customers.

I had an appointment to install my catalytic converter anti-theft shield on my 2020 Toyota Rav4 XLE. Zachary Flatow was my contact in the Service Dept. I came in early and he was able to start early. I bought my Toyota new 2 years ago. Brought it in today for the second time for just regular maintenance and a slow leak in one tire. I was told that they couldn't find a leak--not even in the previous repair. I've never had the tire repaired. Apparently I was sold a brand new car with used tires.

The worst place I've ever encountered to purchase a vehicle. The cars sales man ripping the keys from my hand, refused to explain what was going on, slammed the cars doors, clearly wasn't motivated to make a sale. Stay away from here! It's been a week and still no call back from any of the managers after I left a voicemail about the situation and requested a call back.

We just purchased a Toyota 4Runner from this place and it was a smooth process and great deal. Our salesman Seth Ringstad was one of the coolest salesman we worked with. We never felt pressured, he was easy going and went to bat for us several times to get the deal to work out. We love our 4Runner and walked away from the transaction happy and even celebrated with Seth! My wife and I highly recommend working with Groove Toyota and when the time comes for an upgrade they will be our first choice!

Amazing experience at Groove! Tried to replace my own oil but the last dealership evidently torqued the oil filter wayyyy past spec so none of my tools could make it even budge! Went to Groove as a last resort and felt defeated after having put top quality oil I had previously bought in the car just to drive it a couple days before my appointment. Hunter came right up to my car with a smile and calmly listened to me explain the situation. He ended up giving me an AMAZING deal (perhaps to cheer me up after having to waste all that expensive oil just cuz the last place way overtightened the filter). AND, he did it in 10 min instead of the hour he approximated! He made my day that’s for sure, and I would highly recommend Groove because of him! Honestly still in shock since I’ve never NOT felt swindled, deceived, or just generally ripped off by car technicians but this makes me believe there are actually still genuinely honest and kindhearted people working in the car industry!

On July 17,2023 I was on Iowa St. in Denver waiting to make a left hand turn on to S SantaFe going south. In my car was my 13 yrs old GranNephew,my nephew,my niece and myself the driver. As I started my left hand turn onto Santa Fe a driver ran the red light at full speed and smashed into my 2019 Rav4Hybrid. All 4 of us survived. Car was totaled.That car saved our lives!!!I just want to thank Toyota for making such a safe vehicle.SincerelyMary Pat S

Do not get repairs done at Groove Toyota they will overcharge every chance they get. My wife took our truck in for service and inspection they hostaged the vehicleSaying it was unsafe to leave dealership. Because lug nuts were damaged and wheels were gonna come off we agreed them replaced. They charged me over $500 for lug nuts saying they were $28 dollars a single lug nut I found them cheaper anywhere and everywhere. I fought with them and lost as I needed my vehicle. I should have read reviews before hand. Be warned do not get repairs done here they are not honest here.Manager Joe completely took advantage of my wife not knowing any better. CROOKS

I came in to get my 60K service on my 2017 Yaris iA. I had planned to get an oil change, rorate tires and get 4 wheel alignment. My service advisor, Ryan Bieker indicated the expected cost would be $200 + shop charges and tax. I chose to stay in waiting area. About 45min later, I recieved a text msg with additional services needed on my car. The text included photos of the issues. Ryan then called me. After discussion, I authorized the additional repairs (change engine/cabin air filters, change brake fluid/clean lines, replace drive belts). Major increase in costs. The drive belts were original and brake fluid had never been flushed. Ryan indicated my tire tread and brake pad thickness were ok. Total cost came to $848. I am satisfied with my service and my interactions with Ryan Bieker. I will return for future service.
