Hello, I arrived at 6:35 pm, the place was alone, there were no customers and they did not want to serve me, a gentleman did not take more than 20 minutes, they closed at 7, there was still bad time

Vanessa has been so amazing and I’m so grateful for her!! Over the last few years I’ve been experimenting with my hair and basically ruining it lol she always helps me fix it and always put my worries to ease. She has such a good energy about her that makes me feel comfortable and she doesn’t judge me for trying new styles (even if they go wrong) which I really appreciate. I also like that she never hacks off my hair, but tries to keep as much length as she can! Seriously, she’s the best!!!

I asked to have my hair cut so it touched my shoulder
well when she got done it was up to my ears,I was really upset but just left I got to my car and cried, very hart broken I have never had my hair this short and it even won't lay right

I’m really simple when it comes to hair cuts. I wanted two inches off w some layers thrown in there. But this was unacceptable. I noticed more so the next morning & went back because it was hard to notice the back at first. This was the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my life. Luckily it was manageable & what i mean is that luckily when I went back, i did not get her name but she had blonde hair, fixed it the best she could but this meant i had to go way shorter than intended but that’s ok! I’m just glad it’s fixed & is even. But the bad haircut prior, i have attached photos to show. Please be careful when you are cutting peoples hair. Stay in your lane of comfort in what you are capable of. Luckily it was fixable but this effects peoples confidence throughout their day to day lives. I’m giving 4 stars because it was fixed & i wasnt recharged.

I don’t think my stylist understands what a 0 means, because it doesn’t mean 0 hair, like I now have on the lower half of my head. Sad panda.

Have been bringing my kid here for the last few years and have always had excellent service. This time around was not so great. Showed the stylist a photo reference of what I wanted done, emphasizing to not cut his hair on the top and only trimming the sides. She started to cut the top anyways and I said no that's too short. So I told her not to cut any shorter past the length she had already cut it too. And then proceeded to cut it even shorter. I know it's hair and it will grow back but I am pissed. Why ask what I want but decide to do the total opposite. Will find a barbershop to start going to.

I've gotten my Faux-hawk/Mullet from here for over a year and no matter who is here, they can execute. The staff is very hospitable. There is one woman that has happened to take care of me for the most part, by chance, and I just want to give her credit for my haircut all this time. I get compliments every time when I get it cleaned up and she was the one to recommend the style based on my hair and line. Thanks to this place!
