Well Goodwill can be a great place. This place is not. Spent over an hour and a half looking through dresses only to find out they do not have a fitting room. Since we are not local they do credit if you return the items. Yet there's no need for credit if we're not local. So we had wasted a whole hour and a half looking for dresses. So from now on I'm going to make sure before I even look at anything if they have fitting rooms. If they do not have fitting room then it is unlikely we will ever shop at a thrift store. Thank you for the terrible service. This used to be a great location when we would stop in town. This specific Goodwill location did not have anything really Sorted by size. Which is the reason why we spent an hour and a half sorting dresses. To better serve the community, thriftwood should fort their clothing by size. The other thing that I would recommend is teaching the people who put clothing on hanger to place them the correct way. The correct way if the same way every single time. That way when you short through a rack of clothing all the clothing is facing the same direction.

Fuck this place. I refuse to support any goodwill ever again. You cannot try anything on. So when it doesn't fit you have to return it. Guess what you don't even get your money back. You only get store credit. The best part is you HAVE to go to the location it was purchased. God damn joke. They're scamming the shit out of people. I would rather go spend twice as much at target and be able to try on AND return at my leisure.

Whoever does the pricing should go to work at Nordstrom's Rack they love over valued pricing. The only thing that is priced properly is the inferior stuff. If you offer the people who have served - don't insult them with a pittance discount. You get your merchandise for free and pay your people a minimum salary. Start pricing merchandise accordingly and fairly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All goodwill locations in Colorado have closed their dressing rooms. I went into this location asked to try on some pants, was told no but I can RETURN them if they don’t fit. (Due to the closed dressing rooms) I spent $30 expecting I was able to get my money back if they didn’t fit. When i came back the next day to return ALL the pants since NONE of them fit I was given store credit. The associate the day before FAILED TO MENTION they DO NOT return your money to your account. When I asked to speak with a manager, the manager immediately approached with an attitude. I explained my situation that I wouldn’t have spent that money if I was aware I wouldn't be able to get it back to my account. They then responded with “the policies are right there in front of your face”. This manager showed ZERO professionalism and costumer service. The associate that gave the store credit was kind, sympathetic, and showed costumer appreciation UNLIKE the manager.

I have shopped at this location ever since it opened. I also shopped at the Goodwill when it was across the street, before they opened the new location. 30+ years. It has always been a favorite of mine. No more. Prices are ridiculous but the worst is that the restrooms are no longer available. Even in an emergency situation ! I am a respectable looking older adult, not some homeless, druggie thief type and I find it outrageous that I am denied access to the restroom. Shame on Goodwill.

Yeah it's alright on products, however when I'm in here shopping a full cart worth of merchandise and then you deny my daughter and myself use of the restroom due to "safety reasons" is an absolute load of crap and just a scapegoat. Bad customer service for this.

While they still have the "best" pricing at least on clothing in the Metro area (7.99 for most pants, 3.-5.99 for tops VS 2x as much at the Archer) the pricing is still wild like all other GWs. Like, look at this- 1.19 from Marshall's. They have the gall to sell it for 1.99 with the other sticker right there. Plus I found the EXACT same plastic Target cups I use in my kitchen, that I bought for $.50 each, going for $3 each. Like... be real. Be humble. Y'all are redonkulous.

I shopped at the Goodwill location on S Broadway. As I was checking out, my clerk who is at most 18, stopped to search 2 fellow employees Personal bags before they left for the day? I quipped "are you now Security"? He said "no, I'm just doing what I'm told to do". My concern is, they are putting entry level Employees into a serious role that a Member of Management should perform. What exactly do they expect the employee to do if he sees anything in their personal belongings? How would he know? What is his training in this process? What are his areas of authority to do anything if he suspects anything? This is pitting employees against employees. This is poor policy and implementation by Store Management.
