Ordered an 8i from this location on July 24, 2024 and informed the club would arrive 10 calendar days after July 24, 2024. Called today (August 20, 2024) and was informed that Callaway never received the order and Golf Galaxy said that they would “get it going”. No idea when the club will arrive. $250 well spent. Good job, guys.

The club technician is fantastic didn’t catch his name but super friendly knowledgeable regripped a few clubs for me in like 10 minutes and was just a pleasure to chat with and even chatted with my little daughters. If you need any club work done highly recommend him.

Poor service and expectations not met. Ordered 2 clubs from here, the rep said 1-2 weeks, took 5 weeks.
I called 3 times to ask for an update before coming in and the rep said, they’ll check and call me back. Never happened. Sent my wife in to check the order since no one calls back. The man at the counter was rude to her and made her feel like she wasn’t welcome.
It is a nice location but the customer service is horrible. I won’t buy from here anymore. Go up the 25 to PGA superstore.

Awesome experience buying a new driver! I had already narrowed it down for the most part but Drew was super helpful with allowing me to hit the driver on the sim, making tweaks and adjustments as we went, and going as far as bringing in other clubs for me to try for comparison. Made some recommendations based on my swing speed for a different shaft and took the time to ensure I was satisfied. No appointment, just as a walk in, he took great care of me. I’ll be back!

Went in to buy new irons and the person I spoke to had zero interest in helping me. Gave me two irons to try in the bay and walked away. I mentioned this to the manager and he said sorry. Sorry? Didn’t even offer to find someone else to help. I left and went straight to the PGA store on Arapahoe had had an amazing experience. Customer service does not exist here from employees or management

I screwed up my online booking for my iron fitting and thought it was for 5 pm on Sunday. Although Golf Galaxy doesn’t do fittings an hour before closing, Drew got me in and let me try all the irons I researched. He helped me make the right decision and even stayed after hours to get the clubs I wanted transfered to the store. I can’t say enough good things about him and his willingness to help me out despite me not booking an iron fitting session properly. I will definitely be coming back to this location for future purchases.

I have been here three times. Two of those times, I have selected products bc they’re on sale, just to get to the register and find out the product actually isn’t on sale. I just spent 5 minutes arguing with the cashier about a glove they had marked down bc of course, the computer isn’t recognizing the sale tag. What a headache of a shopping experience; not to mention illegal pricing practices. Just go anywhere else.

Terrible customer service. Went in to buy a set of Irons. Stood there for 10 minutes. Made eye contact with several employees but they just kept Walking. Finally walked up to an employee and asked for help , they said they have a fitting coming in but will get someone to help me. I stood there for 10 more minutes and finally walked out , past the guy who said he will get help and 3 other employees visiting. I don’t know who the manager is but this was crazy. With all the online options you would think when they get someone in the store they would try to service them.

Stellar service and product!Drew was a huge help!Im a casual golfer and was looking to buy my first set of clubs instead of borrowing my friends’. I was putzing around when Drew noticed me and asked if I needed help. He was so knowledgeable and transparent about the process and costs, and helped me pick out a great premade bag of Cobra clubs that fits my needs. When I asked about financing, Shane came and helped finish up the process and I was on my way. Legitimately some of the best customer service I’ve seen and will surely come back here for any questions in the future. Thanks guys!

Two stars because they do have a great selection of clubs, balls, and apparel.Minus three stars because of the "Performance Center" part. I went to get a driver fitting and had a truly awful experience. The fitter never even introduced himself to me, just told me to hit my driver to warm up while he went to grab some options. He just pulled what he happened to have off the rack and had me hit it. During the fitting, he had multiple people come up and ask him where they could find an associate, including someone who couldn't get help at the register.Here's what Golf Galaxy claims their driver fitting is:"Length is fit to optimize the best combination of consistency and distance. The best loft choice is determined to maximize launch angle and spin – key ingredients to optimizing distance. Shaft flex and type are determined to optimize trajectory, distance and feel. The proper face angle optimizes directional control and weight to improve the balance of the driver. Grip size, style and type are also customized to improve shot consistency and provide you with the comfort, security and feel you desire from address through impact."Point by point:-We did not talk about length. No options were presented.-The fitter sometimes adjusted the loft to 8 to match my old driver and sometimes didn't. The inconsistency made it impossible to do an apples-to-apples comparison.-He just asked what flex my old driver was and picked stock options that matched. As I said, we didn't try the same head with a different shaft even once.-He adjusted face angle one time on one head.-We did not talk about grip. I play a standard+, but he just gave me whatever they had on hand.Overall, I could have done this fitting myself with 30 minutes on the trackman and access to their demo rack. After it was complete, he gave me a printout of the results with lines through it that made it effectively unreadable (see photo) and told me they no longer credit fitting fees to club purchases.I'm going to go get re-fit at a real golf shop (D'Lance) and will only be back here to purchase off the rack.

This location has been awesome to me. Mark was awesome when i purchased the clubs. Service has been great and good communication when repairs or changes were done to clubs. Only reason for 4 stars is the lessons are short for the money and i didn't receive a few recap videos. Other than the the trackman is a blast to hit on.
