We are newly moved in, our water heater blew out .A request was put in and he was here bright and early to fix the problem. Very knowledgeable of the problem fixed in 2 minutes. Even though it was a holiday weekend service is awesome.

Unfortunately the process to even look at apartments was problematic. I set up a appointment with my full expectation of the apartment that I was looking at within the email; only to arrive and be told it was rented later that same evening. The final email correspondence ended around 1pm the full opportunity to tell me the apartment I was looking at was rented. If even before living here I am treated with a disrespect to my time I wonder how it would be after I signed a contract that holds me to their living standard. Good luck.

I want to say thanks to miss Cony in the leasing office . She made this moving process very smooth for me . She’s very nice and is on top of everything and doesn’t leave you in the wind . I saw some old reviews about this place that but it’s perfect ?. She is definitely making a great change here .

Based on many decades of apartment living, I’m of the opinion that it’s the staff that makesliving in an apartment complex a good or bad experience. Based on that I rate Fox Run Lofts five stars. Cony, Jeff, and (now) Hassan are wonderful people who work to try and prevent, but also solve resident problems. The turnaround time on solving issues (including maintenance) is quick and reliable. They are also relatable and friendly people, and even put up with my dad jokes.

They currently have an inoperable fire suppression system, and have been lying to the South Metro Fire Dept. (and thier tennants) since Nov. 2022. Do not rent/ buy here!

When we first moved here, the property manager was terrible and acted like a train wreck. Luckily, we got a new property manager named Cony. In my line of work, I work with property managers on a daily basis and Cony is a rarity. She is always on top of every little single thing and I feel like she genuinely cares about the residents and is very good at her job. It's funny how a property manager can make or break the apartment living experience.

Only thing giving this place even a partial star is the fact that the units are nice. That is, until their old appliances fall apart in your hands. Do not have any kind words for the management company. They changed our rent due date mid-lease, knowing it did not coincide with my pay schedule, just so they could mark us as late and have an excuse not to renew our lease. They profile those they don't consider a 'proper fit' for their community, discriminate against them, and do things as described above so they can get rid of people they don't want more easily. I never intended to renew as they wanted to raise our rent even higher than the already over-priced amount they were gouging us for. Also, maintenance at this complex is nearly non-existent. It took them 3 months to repair a broken stove burner and another to replace our microwave after the handle simply came off in my hand. They also have a contract with a predatory towing company and allow them to tow cars from their lot, even if they have a parking permit, with no offer of reimbursement or even so much as an apology. DO NOT RENT HERE IF YOU ENJOY HAVING PEACE OF MIND, VEHICLE SECURITY OR THE ABILITY TO HAVE GUESTS IN YOUR OWN HOME! ALSO STRONGLY DISCOURAGE RENTING FROM ANYPLACE ALSO RUN BY WOODSPEAR PROPERTIES! Will be reporting them to the BBB.

I just moved into this apartment complex this month and I've had a wonderful experience. I spoke to Sheila in the leasing office back in January, interested in one of the floor plans that was not available. I came to tour the property anyways hoping to get on the wait-list for it, and ended up moving into a different floor plan because I loved it, too! My first impression started with Sheila, and she was wonderful all the way from our first interaction and continues to be wonderful as I settle in as a resident! She was and is extremely helpful, welcoming, and accommodating, and she made the process so easy and even enjoyable!I usually dread looking for a new apartment, but I am very glad I ended up here. My apartment is adorable, the property is great, and the service is as friendly as it comes. Love my new home, thank you so much. ?
