Donna doesn't know how to work the copy/scan machine. Speaks in a voice so low that you cannot understand my opinion unprofessional. Why have someone working for you that can't help the customer? By the way this person isn't even in training. It's an actual employee that's supposed to know things.

I went in needing to ship some documents, the employee told me my situation was “self service” and to use the store computer. I’m on the computer and it was extremely slow. I asked for help because the website was very confusing and he was no help. What irritated me the most was that he kept reminding me of how much time I had left before they closed. I knew what time it was, if he helped me with the shipping labels I needed to make, I would have been out with my documents shipped. I just ended up leaving, never going to this store again. That employee lacks customer service, for someone who is unfamiliar with this, some guidance would have been
appreciated.

Spent 30 minutes designing business cards for the computer to say “internal error” and erase my entire design that I didn’t even get a chance to save. Wouldn’t let me purchase, nothing. The employees here are completely useless, throwing their hands up with 0 compassion towards the situation just no care given.

Front desk customer service rep was pretty rude. They were having an issue scanning my QR return label and he didn't offer to try it on the machine by the door which worked perfectly. Also, it has worked on the machine in front in the past too. Instead, he had an attitude and told me to get a different label. Will not go there again.

Amazing experience. Gentlemen that were there at 5:45 today did everything they could to take care of my orders. Donna was amazing. I absolutely love the pink glasses! I will be back!!

I was at FedEx to get some copies of a document and they were so helpful and they knew exactly how to help me. I wish I knew the names of the two young men, but we got through it. Customer service was excellent.

This is my local store. The parking lot sucks, but I've never had a single issue in the store itself, in dozens of visits. I usually go in to drop off shipments for prepaid labels, but I've also bought labels there and print things on occasion. Location has been great for my needs.

Absolutely unbelievable experience. The staff is unable to print my shipping label due to network connection issues, and they kept me waiting for 30 minutes just to tell me that I was out of luck and there’s nothing they can do. They need to fix their network connection or find a better system because this was an absolute waste of time.

About the most ignorant star I've ever met. Told them I needed something printed on an envelope, staff member told me to make a document with the info, which I did in front of him. Then, when he was finally ready to listen, realized I'd been dating I need an envelope the whole time. Which they don't do. Thank for wasting my time there buddy, great customer service. Sadly,I doubt you'll get any repercussions, because who wants to do that job, why else would someone like that still work there
