If I am not home during the day and can’t sign, quit trying to deliver during the day and refuse to hold my package at the facility for me to pick up. Maybe some common sense.??

I had a package I was expecting on 7/5/25, It was a two-part shipment I received the lesser value item around 10:30 AM The driver didn't know anything about the second package and said it must have been on a different truck. I went down to my local FedEx delivery hub to check on the status of the second more valuable package and was assured that the package was set to be delivered that same day (Saturday) today between 11 am and 3:30 PM. No package ever came. I called to find out what happened to my delivery and after much discussion regarding the status I am being advised that they will now hold this package for delivery on Wednesday the 9th of July 2025 after 3:00 PM since that will now be the next day and the time frame I can wait around for a delivery. I don't trust this process but have no choice at this time. Time will tell if the item ever actually gets delivered. This has been a frustrating process. I guess it's standard business practice nowadays.
Sorry Inverness FedEx this was not necessary directly involving you but rather FedEx ground initiating out of commerce city. FedEx isn't the best at communicating updates to customers, we'll see how good they do with logistics.

Absolutely terrible service from the FedEx driver delivering in Centennial 80111. This driver consistently fails to deliver packages properly never bringing them to the apartment door, leaving them out in unsecured areas instead of using the package room, and always rushing through deliveries with no care. To make matters worse, they are extremely rude.
On multiple occasions, tracking has said my package was delivered when it was nowhere to be found. When I contact FedEx, I’m told that conveniently the driver didn’t take a picture of where they left it. This level of incompetence and lack of accountability is beyond frustrating.
FedEx needs to address this issue immediately. If you live in this area, be prepared to lose packages or deal with the hassle of tracking them down because this driver clearly doesn’t care about doing their job properly.

This is the place to go if you like late deliveries and terrible customer service. They also like to put my packages on my neighbors porch. Not sure how everyone at FedEx can be this incompetent.

I had a delivery scheduled for Monday, 1/27/25. I pulled up the tracking number and it said delivery was attempted at 0930 MST. Funny, as I work at an office building that has 24x7 package acceptance. The photo proof of delivery was almost comical (see below). I tried calling support and they said: 1) Your package was early anyway. Nonsense, it was targeted for delivery 1/27 and 2) You can pick up your package at 1900 MST at the local FedEx office, which I had to ask the address for. Funny thing is per Google, the office closes at 1900 MST.
Drivers are dishonest and not doing their jobs and customer service reps are also dishonest and provide bogus info.
I usually go with UPS, but in a crunch, went to a FedEx store to get this done. Never again. FedEx= clowns.

was having a package delivered and and was not home when it arrived. I was shocked to come home and see my delivery literally thrown at the bottom of my drive road. It was obviously thrown, as the box was laying on its side halfway in my drive road. Just glad I don't live in a city or i'm certain my delivery would have been stolen by a porch pirate. I have received many packages from UPS, and they were always delivered up to my house on the front doorstep. Very disappointing customer service. Apparently it was too much work for the driver to actually do their job properly.

I had four packages weighing a total of 350 pounds that needed to be delivered to my door on the second floor of my apartment complex. However, when multiple delivery men arrived, they left my shipment in the lobby on the first floor. When I asked for their assistance in bringing the packages up to my door, they flatly refused and rushed out of the building, leaving me to handle 350 pounds on my own. To make matters worse it was days late and my shipment was so damaged that I could visibly see the products from the outside. This was, without a doubt, the worst experience I have ever had with a courier service. If possible choose another courier; they show little commitment to their responsibilities. I did not get the names of the delivery personnel or truck number but am aware that this shipment was routed from the Englewood FedEx.
