If I could I would give no stars. Their driver is lazy and a liar. I made sure that someone was home all day today, because I was supposed to get my package. And then I get a notification: no one was home. Are you serious? I have a doorbell camera, no one even came to the door! This is unacceptable! For how much Fedex is charging for delivery, this should not happen. And now my package is on hold, I have to waste my time and energy to fix it. Terrible company to work with! This never happened to USPS or amazon deliveries. BE AWARE USING FEDEX, super unreliable!

These delivery drivers here are a joke!! Especially this one. Refused to give me his name and flat out said he will not be taking packages up to units because it’s December. Worst place ever!! FedEx, do a better job. He signed up saying he could do this job and heaven forbid HE ACTUALLY DOES HIS JOB!! And when I called FedEx customer service they didn’t care. So many packages have been stolen because he throws them all at the bottom of one building. This is ridiculous. I will tell everyone about this!! FedEx if you ever feel like actually caring about your customers, give me a call. Here’s his truck.

Absolutely useless company and nonexistent customer service. My package has been delayed multiple times and FedEx has no option but their broken customer line that refuses to let you speak to a person. I hope the entire company goes bankrupt.Notice that they're gaming their reviews too. It seems impossible for them to have the rating they have with so many prominent 1 star reviews. When you look through the positive ones you realize they're having their employees fill out five star reviews!Should be permanently removed from Google listing for this type of fraud. I'm certainly forwarding it over to the map team.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They said my package would be delivered on Wednesday and today is Saturday and now today they say the package may arrive Monday?!?!!

This is the WORST! Delivery provider, does not matter what side of the country it comes from they will always find a way to delay your package and the worst means of transporting it. And when it finally does make it to the state of destination they float around the package for 3 plus days further delaying delivery, and it's not once in awhile it is Every single delivery I have through them. WHY ARE YOU STILL IN BUSINESS?

Fedex is the worst delivery service I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.First, I'd ask you take a gander at my reviews. Most of them are positive and I enjoy leaving them when experience warrants it.Second, fedex lied about delivering my package. They marked it as delivered to an incorrect address, the sender was able to verify this and refunded me for the package I never received.After I was refunded, I had to purchase the same item again and it was shipped via Fedex again. I was supposed to receive the item today. I received a notification that delivery was attempted but no one was home. I called the 1-800 number for fedex, spoke with a representative named George, and he confirmed that no delivery was attempted. He explained that FedEx thought my residential address was a business, despite it being marked as residential and having an apartment number associated.I was later transferred to a representative at this direct location. Her name is Cherra. She confirmed that no delivery was attempted, and now I would have to wait until Tuesday because of the holiday weekend.I have no faith in fedex. Please look elsewhere for your package deliveries.

Paid extra to deliver by Friday. On Thursday it’s in Commerce City to be delivered on Friday. On Saturday it’s in Brookfield and set to be delivered Monday. No one can confirm the location of my package so I can pick it up, because they don’t really know where it is.
