I was using RapidFax and they were amazing, with great customer service! They only charged 2.95/ mo then it went up to $4.95. I had not used the service in quite some time . Now they no longer exist. Not sure why.Found faxage! The worst, and their WEBSITE NOT user friendly! It was $3.95/mo used it 1x. I decided to cancel and found out that they charge you for previous month! Who does that! Ridiculous! They refused to refund my $3.95! I don't care if it is a very small amount but it's the principal!I let them know, the review would not be good! Sorry, from now on, I'll give my money to FDX or better yet the local library for free!! They billed me on 3.31.24 for March. It posted to my account on 4.1.24, that's the day I cancelled and requested a refund. Refused because that payment was for March! DUMB! Glad I'm done with Faxage!!!!!

I've been using this service for over 15 years. It always works and I have zero complaints. I definitely recommend this service if you need a dedicated fax line.

I have loved Faxage for 5 years now. A colleague told me about them as an inexpensive option for small businesses and I've been grateful ever since. I rarely have a fax fail and given my manual fax machine failed 50% of the time, I got in a habit years ago of confirming an important document was received. I only do the confirmation with patient reports now and through that in 5 years I can say there have been fewer than a handful and some of those I feel were laziness on the other party's part where it was easier to just say they didn't have it than to actually attempt to look for it. I had a situation where there was a strange issue with clarity and they had it fixed immediately with one call--never been the case since. I've had 2 x where the fax went through unclear BUT each of those times, it took a really long time on the receiving end and kept timing out--I feel those things were connected and happened with the same 2 offices. So I wonder if it had nothing to do with my end. So I've gotten in a habit of making sure it looks clear after it says it transmitted, but none of these things I've developed habits for are likely related to Faxage. I will use them as long as their prices remain reasonable for small businesses AND their service remains as I've learned to expect. At this point, I have no plans of looking into any other service.

Been using them a while. We changed business cards and didn't notice their emails that card was declined. They responded quick to my email and even got us our same fax number back. I don't know what a bad fax company is because this is our 1st, but I have no problems and it is cheap....that's 5 star in my book.

Faxage is such an awesome company. They are not like the other online fax that owns half a dozen companies, it's independent so they do things a little different, and it is rock solid. It is very affordable, very dependable, and yes, HIPPA compliant. My favorite part is the timestamp.
