Fairway is by far the best auto shop I have ever encountered. They work hard to find you the best prices. They are honest and very fair and do great work! We were told by another shop that we needed a whole new engine so we started shopping around. Fairway found me a brand new engine for less that all other shops quoted me for a rebuilt engine (so a better product for less… and since this was such a big purchase we called a bunch of shops) so we towed it thankfully to them. They worked hard to do the best things for us. Then they did their due diligence and looked at it all themselves and found we did not need a new engine and they could fix it! They were very honest, and their master tech is amazing and Matt works hard to keep you informed and hard to find the best products for the best prices. I very very highly recommend everyone at Fairway!

Sadly have to change to 2 star after we had our brakes replaced and then they didn’t function correctly on the interstate after the replacement. Quite scary, but fortunately no accident. Kind interactions with mechanics, but safety issue is why the 2 star

They were friendly and seemed to know their business but a man that works there and speaks to the customers about their cars seems to have an issue with women.
When he called me to review their findings, he asked me if I would rather have him to speak my husband (I dropped the car off, it’s in my name).
When we had an issue with the mechanic not letting us know he was done, he blamed “the girls” up front.
We haven’t been back.

I literally have nothing bad to say about Fairway in all of my experience with them! Every single time I take a vehicle to them for any kind of issue I get clear communication from staff, upfront honest and fair pricing, and most importantly quality work. They have never missed the mark for our family vehicles! Would recommend them to anyone in need of high quality automotive service or repairs

My daughters and I were shopping nearby and the car started making sounds at the end of the day. We stopped by Fairway Auto Service a half hour before they were closing with hopes that they could help us. The technician drove the car and raised it in the lift to inspect it. He discovered a loose fan and told us we would make it home fine and to schedule an appt in our home town soon (an hour away). The technician and front office staff were all very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. We are grateful for their help and highly recommend their services!Service: Vehicle Inspection

Stopped in needing to repair a nearly flat tire. I was hoping they could pull of the flat tire, install my spare, and repair the flat the next morning. Instead, they pulled it into the service bay and brought it back around in less than 30 minutes. When I asked what they found, I was told there was a screw in the tire. They had pulled the tire, isolated the problem, repaired the tire, remounted the tire, and reinstalled the tire back on the vehicle in that short time. Furthermore, they checked the other three tires for correct pressure, too. All that for less than $20 and less than a 1/2 hour. Outstanding service. Oh, and the receptionist is a total babe, too! Rudy and his team are the best around! I came in 30 minutes before closing after a failed attempt to change my own brake light and without hesitation Rudy took my car back and the team got started. They always go above and beyond and are fully transparent about any issues and costs ahead of time. I refuse to take my car anywhere else no matter how big or small the issue. I can’t recommend this place enough!
