An absolutely relaxing place if it weren’t for the disrespectful security guard working on weekdays. I can’t count how many times he has sighed or rolled his eyes every time I have come up to him to use the bathroom while I’m here, or even nearly threw the bathroom pass at me. He has a lot of attitude for someone who sits around all day. I get we all have bad days and I don’t expect people to be happy all the time, but I came here to relax and I don’t want it to be my problem. If he doesn’t like working here, he should find somewhere else

Haven't visited since I worked there but it seems great. New carpet makes the place look so much better. Staff was helpful and friendly and the shelves look organized qnd clean. Q perfect space to che k a book out or movie, use a computer, or just sit quietly and work.

The Library staff is missing the ball on this at bat. A library is supposed to be a place where a member of our community can come for peace and quiet. To read, be on the computer, or just sit and be able to collect your thoughts. The cleaning lady is SO LOUD!! She would be fired anywhere else for creating so much unneeded noise. She slams this vintage 1971 style dust pan around with absolutely no regards to the profound amount of noise she is producing. I am almost positive she is doing it on purpose. If I had another option as to a library to go to. I would, the staff talk across the Library freely as if they are at the flee market or outside at a rock concert. Like, they too are trying to be loud and have no regard to noise level. FYI Library workers: The place you work is NOT just a building that holds books and computers. With all do respect to you all. Please get your library under control by leading by example and bring it down a decible or two. This is a problem, a big problem! Now, people are using their phones and talking at full volume, 2 days ago, I swear on my life someone started playing a radio out loud and no one said a word. It wasn't until I let out a very loud SHHHHHHHH!!!! Did some order finally get restored. I value my local Library, I always have since I was a child. It's an institution where, we as local citizens go to gain knowledge, understanding, instruction and entertainment through the books, computers, film, wi-fi, and many other ways a library has to provide such. It's a safe-place by design. It's also a QUIET PLACE!! I will help by providing my extremely loud SHHHHHHH!! To the point of embarrassment, because I want to embarrass you! You should be ashamed of being so loud! Who raised you people? Gain some coolth, will you? Just my thoughts in agreeance with no less than 10 other reviews on Google. A proud Englewood resident! Let's keep our Library Quiet! Please

Awesome!!! Everyone is so helpful and kind! I've always found what I'm looking for, or they get it on the interlibrary loan system!

So I went it to get a library card the gentleman that helped me very kind I had no problems with him I asked if I can use the restroom and he leaded me to the security desk inside the library and said you'll need a fob to get in and I said okay so I went over and asked I was using the restroom and the security came in after 5 min and said sir if you light anything it will make a sound and I was confused and I proceeded to use the restroom and he came back two minutes later and said sir you need to get out of the restroom or I'm calling the cops I said sir im using the restroom and I said okay let me wipe myself give me a second so i had to stop using the restroom because theu thought i was using drugs Wow what has humanity come to these days a resident of Colorado can't use the restroom more than ten minutes or you will be escorted outside by security I'm never coming back to this library again

Went to 4 libraries in Denver that were either under construction, too small, not well stocked or inviting- this was the first library that was comfortable and with great selection!

This world used to be filled with more decent human beings but the pandemic has unveiled these disgusting human beings for who they truly are. So many hateful individuals who hate others just because they are poorer than them and have mental illness and/or drug dependencies which is a disease which most cannot fight alone without help and encouragement instead of disgust and your hateful comments. I sure hope all these people in these comments aren't also religious hypocrites as well though that wouldn't surprise me. So many fake people in this world. Hopefully when they are too old, sick and dying others treat them just like how they treat others in need of help.

The staff are nice and helpful . Lots of free parking in the shade!Pretty good selection of books and movies for a smaller place and they will order anything you want. It’s clean and has rooms for computer usage where you can shut the door to block noise. Its quite a nice place.

It’s probably not open. So before you go check. And even if it says it’s open it’s probably closed.

This used to be one of my favorite libraries but now it appears they like to close down early at 7:10 by 715 they shut all the computers off even though they're supposed to be open till 7:30 I needed to print one single paper and I could send it from my phone or from the computer and they advised me that they were already shut down and unable to help me. An I glanced at my phone time and it was "ahead" of the time the library shows. And I voted for the extension of the library hours and I'm wondering why what good is it if they're still going to shut them down early anyway and are so unwilling to use the work scheduled time to work all the way thru to the last minute helping a guest or if lucky no one's there shut down earlier I mean there was still 8 to 10 in the computers section so obvs it's not due to lack of guests

Libraries make me proud of this country. They have a lot of really interesting stuff here and the librarians are kind and helpful. Love using my Kanopy and Libby apps, thank you for what you do!
