There is so few times that a note left on your car leads to a good time. However, when I left park meadows to a sticky note on my car. I somehow found a great company. Rob saw my car damaged by hail, and left a note. I was so unbelievably confused, but I am always open minded.
Figured based on other reviews, it'd be a good process. However, when I went in there I got told 3 weeks minimum, I was like oh boy a I get a crappy rental for 3 weeks. Nope, they over estimated. I sit here in my suv, smooth as butter, a scance 1.5 weeks later.
Every single person in that shop will treat you like family, every singe person. From the person at the door to the lead guy I talked to who does the repairs. They will take care of you.
They won't work miracles like make the poor decisions you did to your own car fixed. But the poor decisions by mother nature will be gone.
If I ever need help again, I'll go nowhere else.

elite hail systems was okay for the most part. wouldn't necessarily discourage anyone from using them as they did fix the complaints I had on my new 2024 toyota tacoma. it unfortunately was severely damaged this past years hail storm. when receiving the truck back after approximately 2 months of repair work being done on my truck, I noticed there were new scratches along the truck as well as a blotches of green paint I hadn't seen before. My plastic lining along my windows was also cracked which I told them needed replaced. I addressed these issues and as stated they techs were willing to correct these issues. honestly can say that is good customer service on their end. only reason i won't give a 5 star reviews nor a 4 star is because I would've expected them to inspect the buff and scratch marks on the truck before even putting it out for pickup and it added a whole other week to the process. Just remember to always take before and after pictures when picking up a vehicle from any work done by techs. as this can happen. Glad they did repair mine at the end of the day though!

Working with Eli Daniely and Elite Hail Systems was an absolutely amazing experience! Nearly $20k in hail damage on two of our vehicles was repaired and the repairs were superb, not a single sign of hail damage whatsoever! Kudos to Eli for his promptness and responses throughout the process. Thank you for everything you’ve done for us. We’ll be back if something arises without question, our business has clearly been earned by all of you! Thank you!

Elite Hail was wonderful to work with. From the beginning when Eli came to our house until we picked up our vehicles. Our family had a total of 4 vehicles with hail damage and Elite took care of each one. The did not over promise. Everything they said would happen did. Strongly recommend them to everyone.

This company goes above and beyond customer service! Jimmer and his staff are extremely personable, they were very helpful throughout the entire repair and insurance process and had my vehicle back to me within two weeks!

I’m going to be honest, my truck is worse off than it was with the hail damage. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
They broke my tonneau cover. Scratched inside paneling. Didn’t install the headliner fully with clips missing. Installed the backseat headrests backwards. I just keep finding more issues and damage to my truck. They ended up giving me $300 to replace the plastic panels that were damaged. And an extra $200 for having to deal with this.
Then now I see my headlight is sinking and popped out the bumper panel. I had no idea why. So I open my hood to find BOTH headlight assemblies broken. Causing them to sink and put pressure on the bumper. Causing it to pop out. Now I have to replace my headlights.
Elite Hail Systems are far from elite. If you want to take a risk on them repairing your hail damage, that’s all on you. But this company is horrible and has caused more headaches than any repair company I’ve ever used. If I could go back and just keep the hail damage, I would.

Eli helped me out so much, he is the best to work with. He helped me last year when my car got damaged and again this year. I called him right when it happened, he got me in quickly and I just picked my car back up today. It looks great and I’ve been satisfied both times. Highly recommend going to Elite.

I took my Honda to Elite because I was referred to them by my son. I am very pleased with the repairs and the entire experience!! Lonnie helped me from start to finish. He is the best! I highly recommend Elite Thank you so much Elite Hail Systems!

THRILLED with my experiences at Elite. They paid my deductible and provided a rental car. I went to them years ago to get hail damage repaired and just had another vehicle repaired by them and they do outstanding work!! They even detailed my car and got some Laffy taffy removed that had been stuck for a long time. I had been unable to get it out after many attempts. I literally gasped when I opened the door and saw the taffy was gone ?? My car looks back to brand new!!

Brought in my hail-damaged sedan to them and within three weeks they dealt with my insurance and got the work done! Had a rental car the whole time, but of course it was much better to get back to my restored car when all said and done.

They did incredible work - I can’t tell there was any damage to begin with. The process went exactly how it’s laid out on their website. They covered my deductible as promised, dealt with insurance for me, and even though I didn’t have rental reimbursement as part of my coverage, they took care of that for me for two weeks. The ladies in the office were so kind and helpful as well (shoutout to Laura and Donna!). They made a very stressful time so much less worrisome. Highly, highly recommended!
