I’ll update my listing upon move out (jan31). Lived here for 3 years. The convenience of location is everything and my little cozy apartment will be missed . Unfortunately the rent you pay is not the actualAmount per month. You pay at least 200+ extra in cam fees and it’s not even inclusive of valet trash and our trash area looks like this every weekend. I’ll post what the charges are to apartment after move out. They raised my rent every year and this year I just could not pay almost 2000 with community fees for a 1 bedroomApartment . You will pay not only for your electricity on your unit but you’ll pay for the lights outside your apartment and their real estate tax as well .oh and parking forget it if you don’t have a garage and you pay 8 monthly per car to not be able to park insideNewest pics . Tried to take my dog for a wash and this is what the dog wash station looks like on the regular but most times I will clean it up a bit to use it anyways but the smell this week was so bad I chose to wash my dog in my tub at home . Below also is photos of when I thought I had mold which they told me it wasn’t but turned my apartment into a haunted house for 3 days and the only reason I even got a small discount ( 300$ when I’m paying 1900 for a one bedroom) for the days I wasn’t able to use to kitchen at all was because I went in and complained multiple times. Also a lot of these positive reviews are based on the fact that you would be entered for a Christmas giveaway if you posted positive reviews and sent them to their email. Will remove this honest review for my full deposit back ,

Worst Place I Have Ever LivedIf you read this and decide to still live here, then the next 12+ months is on you for what’s in store...Property Management does NOT manage the property what so ever. This is a reflection of Jackson Square Apartments Company as a whole. The “Managers”Brittany Berrum (now at Helios in DTC) & Isabel Gonzalez. The rest of the leasing staff is an extension of them and aren’t any better.Tina with Maintenance is new and really trying to turn things around, but too little too late.Everyone smokes on their balcony because they know that management has no control of them.Everyone doesn’t pick up their dog poop because they know that management won’t do anything about it.The Club House and Pool are disgusting and I have never seen the gym be cleaned, once. Not to mention that the gym equipment either doesn’t work or is dangerously falling apart. Same with the dog wash area. (Refer To Photos)This Is NOT A “Elevated Way Of Living”. Despite how expensive it is to live here, it feels like a trailer park. People working on their broken down cars outside. Cop Cars are here all the time. Poop everywhere. Cigarettes Butts everywhere. Garbage everywhere. Loud and out of control neighbors. People’s shoes, bikes, trash and personal belongings in the breezeway (goes against Elevate’s Common Area/Community Appearance Policies). With the type of culture that Elevate Apartment Managers (Brittany & Isabel) have created here, it attracts and retains a type of nightmare tenet that nobody wants to deal with and pushes out the respectful, good tenets after they realize that they have been lied to and mistreated. This goes for people who work here as well. Good people won’t tolerate this type of chaos. Anyone they hire or stays on for that matter are inexperienced, rude and you can tell they hate their job, which creates an unwelcoming/cold environment for tenants to live in.It takes days and several follow up attempts for Management to get back to you (emails or calls). It takes weeks to fix anything wrong with your apartment and when they do finally get around to it, it’s half-as$ed so it takes another couple of weeks if not months to properly fix the original problem. One thing after another breaks. So look forward to that as a new tenant!Being so close to Centennial Airport, you have low flying aircraft disturbing your peace constantly. There is simply not enough parking and if you try to park across the street as Management suggest during your tour as a potential new tenet, realize that you will get towed parking at that business across the street and management will deny suggesting that to you.DO NOT get your internet with CenturyLink like Property Management suggests. Within the first three months, my Internet went out 12 times. I wasted hundreds of dollars getting time off of work to be home for people to come in and out of my apartment to figure out the solution.Once I switched to Xfinity, I haven’t had one problem. Basically, if Property Management recommends it, do the opposite. Most of the staff live at the apartments. They are VERY aware of all the problems and do nothing to fix them. They simple don’t care. They break the rules themselves (don’t pick up their dog poop, leave trash outside their door in the breezeway, etc.)When you first move in, you naturally bring up all of the problems that you see which are against Elevate’s own policies that you’re under contract to follow. After several months, you realize that Management starts to hate you for constantly reporting those problems. At that point, you can see that nothing is going to change, so you come to terms that you’re overpaying to live in a trashy place and have to wait it out until your lease is up so you can move out.

I have lived here for a few years. By far one of the best things is the maintenance team, led by Tina. They are really helpful whenever I need them.

My partner lived here for about a year. Was a good experience starting out, although definitely expensive for everything you get out of it. Then things really went downhill with the parking situation. If you don’t pay for a covered spot or garage, then you have to buy a daily guest pass to not be towed. If you forget to renew the pass before it expires, they will tow you!! They will tow you asap :) and only at 2-5 am so you won’t see or notice it happening! So coolThen you have to go to Wyatt’s Towing and pay them about $400 for your car. It will be more if it’s outside of normal business hours. I could only find my car since it has location tracking, but if you don’t have that you just have to call around and hope it wasn’t stolen. This apartment complex and Wyatt’s Towing have a CLOSE relationship. Most people are forced to park illegally somewhere nearby and just walk to their unit. The gym is pretty nice, but some of the bikes would be broken pretty often. Only good thing was the hot tub.

Place use to be pretty awesome when the hot tub was working and there were respectful neighbors who could use the amenities without trashing them. Regardless of that the apartment complex as a whole is good, but it’s just a shell of its former self.

This place used to run so great when we moved in I don’t know what happened. One main thing that’s been annoying is the hot tub has been open and working for about a week or two in the last few months. I don’t know if they keep fixing the same broken part but it goes right back to cold a day or two later. If you’re going to live here don’t expect to be able to use the hot tub too much as it is near non existent at this point. Would be sweet if they ACTUALLY fixed this issue before winter instead of fixing it to break again a few days later.. Also they don’t seem to do walk arounds so make sure to report everything yourself. The water fountain filter in the gym has been red for probably 5 months at this point. Something pretty easy to spot if checked on once in a while…

My coworker, Jason Hilderman, brought me to his apartment and I was shocked. These apartments look fantastic. Once my current lease is up, this will be the first place I come too. I strongly recommend giving this place a visit if you are looking for a apartment that's clean, and in a great area.

I had an appointment here today for touring the 1bedroom apartment. I have to agree with some other reviews that this place charges fees for everything. The rent might look cheap but with all the fees you might end up paying over $2000. The front office staff is very nice but the management is not trustworthy. I will recommend review the fees before signing a contract.

The place is amazing, they were very quick with getting all of our background and getting us in on our move in date. But when we moved in we didn't have any hot water and it took a week to get hot water.
