My experience at Elevate has been incredibly frustrating. The pool area becomes a noisy party zone at night, making it impossible to sleep. There have been so many times when I would wake up at 1 am from people screaming or playing music by the pool. If you’re in an upper-floor unit, expect constant banging from neighbors below who complain about every little noise. The management is unhelpful and uncommunicative. They avoid addressing issues and just refer to the lease, insisting you should have read it more carefully. It feels like they hide details in the lease and then blame you for not knowing. Parking is another major issue. Finding a spot after 5 or 6 pm is nearly impossible, and renting a designated spot or garage costs between $100 and $200, which really adds up with the high utility charges. Overall, this place is poorly managed and frustrating to live in. If you decide to move here, make sure you read every single line of the lease.

The apartment was very dirty and the washers ( laundry, dishwasher) very dirty
Also i found alot of hair in side washers, fridge and microwave that mean you don’t clean it well
And the maintenance don’t come to help us to installation the water spray . The hallway very dirty also

Threw out or someone stole a valuable position of mine that I forgot when moving out rather than contacting me to give it back.

Chris Corbette, with Elevate maintenance supervisor, was incredibly helpful in finding the leak in our refrigerator and timely resolved the issue. I highly recommend him.

I scheduled a tour online, over a week ago. I specifically requested 12:30 to do it during my lunch hour. On the day of the tour I received an email less than two hours before my scheduled tour. They say they’re closing for lunch and if I could show up at 11:30 instead. Of course I didn’t see the email until I drove 30 minutes and arrived at the complex only to find their doors locked. Zero regard for the inconvenience they caused, zero consideration for my time. It screams UNPROFESSIONAL. See the email attached. What a shame bc the complex looks nice and I was looking forward to touring and moving in as soon as possible. Customer service isn’t everything- but a lack of basic common curtesy is a huge indicator of how the place is ran. They didn’t even acknowledge the inconvenience in their email.

Apartments are nice but unless you have an emergency issue, management is not very helpful in resolving problems.

I might still rent here, but I will need to go back to view a unit. I was booked for a "tour" but there were no 2 bedroom units to show.
the clubhouse was nicely appointed, just like every other apartment complex of this level. the same goes for the pool, the parking and the gym.
it's one of many just like it, down to the inability to price two identical units at the same price. you read that right.... they claim that they can't use the same price on two units. tf?
nice place.... I'll keep looking though.

I give this place a 4.5/10. Starting with the good, i like the gym and club house and how both are open access. The only issue with this open access is i have been at the club house with a friend at night and a homeless man was actively trespassing and yelling at us. I’m not sure how good their night time security is. The pool is the same way, grab some friends and you can stay there all night, except the hot tub will not be working literally ever. My main issue is the fact there is absolutely no parking unless you want to pay over a hundred dollars month for a spot. They have the nerve to make you pay 10 dollars a month for parking when 7/10 times you’ll have to park illegally. Across the street there’s a building that’s vacant and SO many cars are parked there illegally because there’s no other choice, i’m pretty sure even the staff that live on the property have to park there too. It just feels like a money grab to not provide enough parking unless people pay for a reserve spot. The staff here are pretty nice and so is maintenance I haven’t experienced much of an issue except that it’s hard to get someone on the phone. I also think the utilities are way too high, my rent was 2050, and each month we were paying about 2280, maybe that’s normal but even when i lived in building collective utilities it was never over 150. They also do need to maybe get more trash spots around the place because they only have one and it would be a good system if people weren’t people and are disregarding instructions so it overfills it several times. I’ve seen a mountain of trash about 5 times, definitely not what you want in the middle of the property. I also wish they maintained the apartments better, when it rains we would get flooding outside our apartment where we would have to manually sweep down hoping not to splash another tenant. The stairs and walk way get icy and wouldn’t get shoveled. Overall i think if they made some improvements and showed more care for the tenants and listened to all these reviews saying the same thing i am, this could be a better place.

Went to tour the apartments this past weekend, and may I say, it was the worst experience I've ever had. Before our tour we told the Leasing Agent that we would not be looking to move for a few months, because we are still tied up in a lease in North Carolina. Nonetheless, when we arrived for our TOUR the leasing agent slide a lease agreement across the table to have us move in next week.
We reminded them that we aren't moving in for a while and were immediately told, "Oh, well I don't have any units available to show you." We had to tell the leasing agent to let us see a unit, even if it is a Model. She then proceeded to give us a 5 minute tour of the WRONG UNIT.
The staff is lazy, rude, and has a cant be bothered mentality. If this is how they act BEFORE they get your money, I can only imagine how much worse it gets once they have you locked in with a lease and are gauranteed your money.
