Firstly, the roof looks great! We did have some issues with this company originally (completing according to contract, damage that was caused that we had to hire someone else to fix, scheduling issues). However, once he heard about the issues, the president of the company stepped in to get to the bottom of it. Thanks to his follow through, we were reimbursed the costs of repairs and then some. While it was a rocky experience at times, we're walking away satisfied and knowing that if issues do arise, they will follow through and take care of them.

Our home received a whole new exterior look thanks to DreamHome Restoration! The whole process was organized and well-coordinated. Jen takes all of the pain out of working with the insurance company and did a great job ensuring the contractors knew what their part in everything was. Overall, very satisfied.
