The rental experience here is exceptional. Having rented several units over the course of this past year has been nothing less than a breeze. I feel very safe in this rental community. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Denise goes above and beyond to make sure it's a safe and secure place for renters and owners. Highly recommend renting here for all your storage needs.

Denise was so pleasant and accommodating! The facility is perfect for our needs: room to maneuver, flat, clean, and close to home. We like that there is a dump station, water fill station, washing atations, and air/vacuum available as well.

I recently rented a small storage unit at **** Valley Outdoor Storage. Loaded the unit up with a bunch of household goods and tools that weren't able tp fit in my apartment. On July 10, 2023 I was admimtted to the hospital for health concerns and spent the next three days there. When I got discharged I got home a found I had an email from DVOS stating that my lease had been terminated and that I needed to schedule a time with the office to get my belongings out. No explantation was given as to why I was being kicked out. The laws in ** require a reason be given, and sent via certified letter that states the reason for eviction, and how long a renter has to vacate the unit. Neither of which were on the email or the non-existent certfied letter. The very next day I was sent an email that said \

great storage facility! clean, well kept and managed. easy access and competitive pricing. Office communication is a bit inconsistent, but there's not really a need for communication moat of the time - everything is automated. Also has dump station for rv'ers/campers!

I have both a boat and a utility trailer stored at Dove Valley and am very happy with the facility. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the price is excellent. I'm saving $250/month over my previous facility, and Dove Valley is a much nicer place.

We have been with Dove Valley for several years and feel it is an excellent place to keep our 5th wheel and our in-door storage needs. The staff is always helpful and accommodating when we have needed to make a change or just have a question. As long as we live in the area, DV is where we will be.
