Steve is awesome to work with! He has integrity and is very knowledgeable about the home market in the greater Denver area. He took the time to understand our needs and expectations while searching for and ultimately buying our new home. He was available to answer our questions. He helped us become aware of some details about the homes we were seeing. We would highly recommend Steve and will engage him as our realtor again!

When my mom died, we had the task of selling her condo. It was a difficult time and we had no idea how it should be done with her estate. Our Estate Attorney recommended Steve Charlett as our realtor since he is very knowledgeable in this area. The whole process was as stress-free as possible. At closing, he told us exactly what would take place and what forms were necessary to close in the estate. He was able to answer any questions and made sure everything our Estate Attorney requested was met. He was the best and we would highly recommend Steve!
