Went into this location today 6/13/24. I typically go to a location closer to my home. I was at the nearby Walmart and decided to go there. The young man was dismissive from the beginning. I wanted a hot spot . He asked me if my laptop was compatible. I responded I am not sure. I responded I don't know. He groaned and said how much do you pay for plan? I told him 105 per month he groaned. I said is there a problem? He said have a good day and walked away. I left and went to the store I usually work with and literally was driving down the road with my Hotspot completely operational

Went into another cricket and had them do a reset and change to an echip to see if that was why my service had been going in an out making me drop calls. Went and saw Melanie at this location directly after being told by the other store my phone must be defective she did a reset and my phone is working again calling and accessing online as it should. Big thank you to Melanie go in and see her if you want someone polite and well versed in their job.

Strange. Super nice and helpful in the beginning. After I gave my card and paid for the phone, turned very nasty and dismissive.Side note: Beware of hackers that stand behind you and hack your phone through bluetooth. It can happen anywhere, even in the library as you charge your phone.

Out of all the cell phone Carriers I’ve had I can honestly say this one is the best. It gets perfect service at all of my usual camping spots deep in the Rocky Mountains where Verizon, T-Mobile and AT&T never did.

This location is the only Cricket I will shop at. The customer service is far beyond the corporate expectation. They weren't able to provide the service I was looking for, but informed me on what to do and how to do it. Even got out their phone and looked up a place that could help me. I highly recommend this location for it's customer service alone.
