Bobby Dusbabek is the best. He has supported me as a client and a friend while I’ve been renting an apartment. He’s taken time to meet for coffee and plan for buying a condo in a year or two- even got me in touch with a thoughtful lender. I will only go with him when purchasing a new home .

This review is for Yaron Marcus:If I could give Yaron 6 stars I would!When we first decided to sell our home he gave us great advice about timing and staging (spoiler alert: stage your home). He walked through the house and told us what were the most important things to fix and update.He stayed in constant contact throughout the whole 3 month process. He was there with the photographer advising about angles and lighting and making sure the pictures were, well, picture perfect.He is obviously well respected in the real estate world, it seems like everyone I know in the neighborhood has used him as their realtor. My brother bought his house with Yaron and felt supported and educated the entire time. My mom wants him to adopt the slogan "You're never on your own with Yaron!" He even has a TV show on American Dream TV called "Selling Denver".I have trusted Yaron to give us professional advice and he has delivered every time. He has said "My opinion doesn't matter but my advice does", which really stuck with me.Yaron has made a stressful process manageable, and I always felt like I had the best guy in my corner. Thank you!!!

I would highly recommend Coldwell Banker in DTC to both my family and friends. It is unfortunate that prior reviews do not reflex a positive opinion of the brokerage. Chelsea Smith a recently acquired agent has done a stellar performance for us. She handled a difficult sale professionally and eloquently.

My home is currently listed. A realtor from this location brought a client to view our home. The client accidentally damaged our walls (we have video of it and understand it was an accident). However, they immediately left our home without a phone call or note of apology. Our realtor has attempted calling several times, with the only response being from a text message, denying what happened. When my realtor told her we have a video and understand it was an accident, but still would like compensation to fix the wall in a timely manner (so we can continue showings), she immediately stopped responding and blocked our realtors number.
