The ABSOLUTE Slowest customer service you will ever have in your life. If you don't mind spending a half hour just waiting on these people, then come here.Otherwise, If you want Service that is faster than what a turtle can provide, Then I would recommend going somewhere else. Seriously. Go save yourself sometime and go somewhere else. :)

This bank is very poor on returning calls. Our family has been with this bank since 1947, and after covid, there is no help there at all. I have 4 business cards from bankers there in the last 6 months, all gone now. Have left numerous messages no call back.

They stole 1310 from me and yet I’m to blame! They want me to pay back 1010 dollars because their atm machine fuck3d up and yet that’s my fault! Crooked people. I hope everything horrible happens to them and not one ounce of happiness ever comes back to any employee at this branch.

Johnathan chong, went above and beyond in helping us with our acct. He was on the phone with branch for over an hour trying to help us with our acct. Seriously one of the best customer service I’ve came across. Highly recommend anyone that wants to work with him on future investments

Don’t waste your time here. I question the management at this location; they are running a sub par financial institution. They give Chase Bank a HORRIBLE reputation. Changes need to be made. 1 star is a generous review.

I come to this location frequently to make deposits for work. I left there this afternoon not feeling happy with my experience with Crystal at the drive through window. She was rude and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her with my deposits. Normally, I come inside and there is always and nice person there to greet me, and I've never had a problem with bad service until today. That is why I am leaving 3 stars, but Crystal deserves zero stars for her bad attitude.

Not only is there customer service a joke but they're actual ability to perform a service is severely limited. I needed to pull some cash and finding a bank that actually has people in it right now is a problem, and I spent three hours with customer service on the phone trying to increase the daily limit on my ATM withdrawal so that I wouldn't have to worry about finding a bank with employees. go to this Chase pull up to the drive thru fill out it with the draw slip and give them my debit card so they can more easily find my account because I didn't have my account number of memorized, I've probably done this more than 30 times in the last 10 years that I've been a Chase customer. After two tellers interact with me in the drive-up I'm informed that I must come inside so they can swipe my card and I can enter my pin in order to get the money out of the account because that's what her system is telling her needs to happen. when I remark to the man who may or may not be the manager on duty in the bank at 4:00 p.m. on October 28th, that I've never had to do that in order to get cash out of my checking account he gets this," I'm a snotty brat who doesn't know what customer service is" expression on his face while he says,"thanks for the feedback".there are too many other Chase locations who understand what good customer service is for me to ever enter this location again I'll be shocked if this location isn't closed.
