Business banking staff in branch are very helpful. The rest of Chase? A nightmare. I was trying to switch here from Wells Fargo but after having spent 8 hours on the phone verifying myself with 12+ different people trying to access my money, I am beyond frustrated.

Went in to the branch to get a cashier check. As a member with Chase, she charged me 10 dollars. I Asked why the cost was so much? She told me I can take my business else where if I didn't agree with the cost. I went a head and had the check made because I didn't have time to go to another bank. This how Chase treats there customers?

This is the branch to go to. No wait to get to the counter. Nathan and Virginia were able to complete my requests in a timely manner. No issues.

Since the bank was about to close I decided to drive away and the wonderful branch Manager Ivan stopped me and told me to come back. He was so kind, gracious and helped me get the exact helped I needed, he really saved my day! These are the little things that keep customers loyal and should be recognized as amazing customer service!

Inconsistent notary requirements from one branch to the next. Jonathan at this location will love to tell you that you can go somewhere else if you don't like the way he does it... as if you don't already know that. What a power grab and focus on what he CAN NOT do as opposed to being polite and informing customers of what he can do. Pathetic. First time to this branch, won't be back. After numerous experiences with lack of customer service at several Chase branches, I need to move my hard earned money elsewhere. Chase just doesn't get it or doesn't care anymore.

I've been a customer at Chase for years both as a personal and business customer. While I've usually had good service from this branch, my recent experiences have been well below my expectations. I went in to have some simple notarizing done, something I've done dozens of times at numerous Chase locations including this one without issue. However on this occasion the branch manager refused to notarize the documents claiming it was against Chase policy and not legal. He was wrong on both counts, as it was perfectly legal and the Chase bank down the street took care of my needs without issue and without his surly attitude. I will be avoiding this branch in the future and reccomend you do the same if you don't want to waste your time.
