I don't have a Chase account minus my preferred Visa card. I had to go in today to discuss some fraud prevention issues and getting a new card approved. A man named Moody handled my issue with absolute professionalism. He made half a dozen calls, hung out on hold several times and got it all cleared up. By the time I returned home, the new card was approved and all the miscommunications were handled. I just may have to open an account with Chase since their people are so professional and helpful. Thank you, Moody. You're wonderful at your job.

ATM out of service 90% of the time, and branch closes at 5pm, just as ppl get off work. This branch is completely useless unless you still write paper checks, need a teller, and don't have a job during the day.

Jonathan López is the best officer at this branch. He was really attentive from the beginning. Although they do not have enough people to assist me he found the way to help me as soon as possible. I really recommend to reach him when you get there. very helpful and kind

Not enough staff. After a half an hour to talk with anyone they told me it would be at least a two hour wait to get into my safe deposit box. Had to schedule an appointment on a different day to accommodate their schedule.

The ATM seems to always be out of order and the wait times are a bit long but nothing too obnoxious, other than that this bank is ok.

I stopped at this Chase five different times to get something notarized and each time was given a different excuse for why they did not have a notary. First they were out for the day, then they were on vacation, they were sick another time. Finally after the fifth time of being told they were out for the day I asked if they actually had a notary and was told no. I would have stopped coming in and wasting my time if they just told me from the beginning that they didn’t have a notary. I was told to call before I come in to see if and when they get a notary, but I called five times with no answer and when I walked in there was one employee helping a line of customers while the rest of them stood in a circle having personal conversations. Don’t use this chase, the location at hampden and university has much better staff that can actually help you.

Waited in line for ten minutes to get told I can’t deposit coins unless I put them into rolls myself. Do your job as a bank or at least have a sign.

Wild that the last 3 visits I've had.I walk in .managerAnd assisting MangerStand behind the tellers or next too and do absolutely nothing when 4 to 5 people are standing in line .Why Don't the managers help get get the customers squared away...after all they have our money and serve us .I could never work for a manager that can't set an example ..3 stars out of 5 ..The teller did a great job .I will be closing my chase account due to waiting everytime I walk in here ..

Antonio De La Cruz should not be employed in ANY customer service related position. He puts on a show when he first presents. His true colors were exposed today in his own lobby. He is lazy, will sit in his office instead of help anyone in the lobby waiting, and if opposed, he looses his cool and became threatening towards me. He is a poor manager and a terrible representative of Chase. He is the primary reason I will be closing my accounts.Additionally, this location NEVER picks up their phone, is ALWAYS understaffed, and doesn't care about customer retention. It's not for my money. I will find a more professionally ran organization who understands the basics (ie. more than one teller on a Friday afternoon in the middle of a lunch hour). There were people there, just in their offices or the back behind the counter as the line grew. Terrible experience, terrible customer service. Antonio Delazy should not be employed in his role.I should have let him continue to aggressively approach and threaten to see if I had a lawsuit on my hands. He is a liability for JP Morgan Chase.
