“I visited the Parker location after making an online appointment for a chip repair. I was a little nervous after reading the reviews, but Safelite was contracted with my insurance. The entire complex is under renovation. The lobby of Safelite was sparse but appeared to have just gotten new flooring and chairs and tables. I was the only one waiting. There was coffee and refreshments, and it was clean and quiet. They had wifi. They were professional and explained what they were going to do and it took about 30min. The best thing was they pre-approved everything with insurance as soon as I made the online appointment. I received email updates throughout the process. The whole thing was very easy.”
