“Front windshield crack from end to end. The insurance company preferred to use Safelite. Scheduled an appointment with this location, and honestly almost canceled due to the negative reviews. For personal reasons, I kept the appointment, and have nothing negative to report. They called me earlier than my scheduled appointment and said that they had availability to work on the windshield ahead of time. The job was completed within the quoted time window. The overall customer service was professional. They even asked about any stickers that I needed to keep. Nothing was damaged in the process either. The windshield and calibration from what I can tell were installed right. No, this was not apart of some paid reviewed. Just my honest opinion. Good luck with your repair or replacement.”
