My dog has been going here to support this business for the past 6 years. Until my dog had a very bad case of respiratory illness after an open swim with other dogs at the englewood location. We were very concerned about our dogs health along with tremendous vet bills. So we put our monthly splash membership $55/month on hold for $8/month. I should have cancelled my splash membership when my dog got sick, but i was hopeful that she would get better to return. But we decided that it was not worth the risks. Then CRCG kept charging my credit card for the wrong amounts for several months. Then didn't charge me for three months, but charged me for 4 months. Needless to say i was very upset over the whole situation and asked to cancel my membership. What didn't realize was that the 12 month membership was for the calendar year. So because they were horrible with billing and i no longer wanted to deal with this company. They charged me $330 for the remainder of the year. And my dog didn't swim there since sept 2023. So i paid for over a year worth of membership fees for nothing. I have heard of dogs getting injured here, and dogs needing dental work from slipping and breaking their teeth. I don't trust this facility or their billing practices. I have closed my account, yet still get random charges from them. Do not join the splash membership and read the fine print.

We brought our Pekingese here to rehabilitate following the paralysis of his hind legs. After each visit we saw progress and eventually he started moving his legs again. My husband and I celebrated and cheered him on. We couldn't believe his success with CRCG! Just a couple months into the treatment I experienced a life changing unimaginable event and couldn't bring our peki in for some time. When I returned with the support of my family, determined to get him walking again, CRCG made it their mission to get him active again and they did just that. They compassionately held and guided him, having an abundance of patience with me. Because of them he was able to walk and hike and explore again making us all so proud. By helping him, CRCG helped me through the tremendous pain I was experiencing. They honored me for the time I poured into his recovery and gave me hope. My sweet little baby did so well for several months and then he had another emergency which took him from our lives. When I contacted CRGC to let them know we'd need to cancel our sessions, I experienced sincerity and an abundantly empathetic response. A couple weeks later the Director of Donor Relations at CSU College of Veterinary Medicine reached out to let me know CRCG had made a donation in my sweet boy's name. That meant the world to me.

We LOVE CRCG. Our golden dislocated his hip a year ago and we went to CRCG for therapy and rehab. They have such great staff. They are all so smart, and sweet and truly care for the well being of your pet. Since we don't take our pup to the dog park anymore, we thoroughly enjoy our private swim sessions on Sundays. CRCG has been a safe place for our dog and he loves coming here. Thank you to the wonderful staff at CRCG. You created a safe place for our family and pup after a traumatic event at the dog park.

The compassion that flows deeply within this company is exceptional and truly special. The results I have seen from the work done here is really amazing. Highly recommend CRCG whether you’re looking for rehab or swimming with your dog!

My puppy was unfortunately hit by a car and her doctors and techs recommended CRCG for her rehab and they have been nothing short of amazing. From my first encounter on the phone to subsequent visits the RVTs and physical therapists and receptionists have been empathetic, kind, patient, and caring. They absolutely love what they do and really want to help pets heal. The therapy program prescribed was clear and has really helped my dog heal. The underwater treadmill has been so good for my girl.I can’t recommend CRCG enough. If your pet is injured, has arthritis, is post surgery (with clearance from your vet) check this place out!

We had a really great experience at the Englewood location with Kendra. She didn’t rush our first timer doggie and he had a blast with her!! Definitely will take our dog for more visits!

I have been taking my dachshund dog with back issues to the Englewood facility for years to Dr. Lisa Lancaster. Years ago it came down to doing surgery, which has no guarantee, or trying acupuncture and cold laser therapy. It is been a life saver!!! Treatment every 6 months (I choose to do maintenance for my dog) has kept my 14, going on 15 year old dog at optimum living. If he gets an occasional flare up from who knows what, I take him in for a treatment sooner and he is good to go. I'm sure treatment may not be enough for every dog, but for my dog who literally could not walk; again, it has been a life saver. Very caring and wonderful supportive staff always.

Was told initial appointment consists of evaluation and treatment but invoice will only list evaluation. I asked why the invoice won’t list treatment, if treatment is going to take place. No answer was provided (it just doesn’t”). Explained my insurance doesn’t cover evals but will cover an eval if done with treatment (ie if invoice lists both eval and treatment). Was told even tho they do treatment at first appointment, they omit it from the invoice and there’s no way for it to be listed. I asked FOUR different employees and was given the same answer. Was told need a $300 evaluation appointment for traditional Chinese medicine and a separate $300 evaluation appointment for traditional rehab. This is on top of the $300 evaluation I paid for 3 years ago for traditional rehab. (So $900 for evaluations…) I specifically asked if the evaluations could be combined or discounted given my dog’s need for both types of care. I was told no. I emailed CRCG cancelling our scheduled eval and explicitly stated I was cancelling due to their refusal to denote “treatment” on the initial eval invoice, despite doing treatment and their requiring $600 in eval fees. I received a response saying ok.One star review due to the clinics 1) refusal to include “treatment” on the initial invoice even when explicitly asked, for insurance purposes and 2) lack of willingness to enable clients to gave a combined eval for both Chinese medicine and traditional rehab, to discount the price of the evals for clients having two evaluations (despite explicit request) or offer reduced price evals for clients who have previously been treated at the clinic that want to re-establish care.

Extremely disappointed in the care provided by this facility. I paid $300 for a physical therapist recheck to review my dog’s condition on 6/16/23. The physical therapist, Alan, said that he would send me a rehabilitation plan, but never emailed me back or provided said plan. I do not recommend this facility and will never be back.

CRCG is a wonderful outlet for my older dog to get some exercise in a safe environment! She loves to swim, she lives for it so knowing that the water is clean and safe for her is the biggest benefit. Most people comment that they think she’s a puppy because she’s so excited while we are there. She’s a petite dog so I see the confusion. But I have no doubt that these weekly swim sessions will keep our 9 year old pup young at heart for years to come!

I am so grateful for all the wonderful care my 14 year old cocker has received from Canine Rehabilitation. She had a strike a year and was unable to walk. She is still here with us a year later and walking. Everyone one there is a blessing.

This is such a fantastic place to introduce swimming to your puppers. Having a Labrador doesn’t always mean he’s going to be the best in the water so it’s so great having a place to ensure he’s ready for the lake! ❤️❤️❤️

This place is simply the best. The staff really cares about their doggy clients and their owners, I've witnessed this beyond my own interactions with them. They are not only incredibly caring and good at their jobs, but the facility is really robust with what they have to offer. We do a weekly private swim and it's the greatest choice we've ever made! We go to the Englewood location, shout out to Michael and Kendra who do an amazing job.
