Bummer of their return policy even within 24 hours of purchase. They don't accept edible products even sealed Flavor extract. I should not have bought a few bottles and when tried one it was so artificial. The prices were expensive as well.

My daughter and I learned so much at their cake decorating class! Now we're enjoying practicing what we learned with the adorable cake pans and other supplies we bought there. Worth the hour plus drive for us.

Very disappointed in their return policy and lack of communication regarding the return policy. I purchased the wrong size pan and two weeks later was not allowed to return it. It was still in the original package that was sealed, completely untouched. I try to support local business whenever possible and drove an hour to this store. Unfortunately, the trip is not worth it. I will shop elsewhere going forward.

I’ve been shopping at Cake Crafts for 30 years & the service is spectacular. I love this store, I even drive 2 hours to get to Cake Crafts.

Not as friendly or as stocked as I remember. I used to buy packs of cake pan liners; now they only stock them individually. Which isn’t terrible, but the new staff seems too bothered when approached with questions.

It's hard not to nerd out in this store! They have a ton of baking supplies, and lots of extracts to choose from. They offer classes once in a while, and I'm excited to try one sometime. Their staff is super friendly, helpful, and patient. My husband has always gotten the help he needs when ordering/ printing edible images. We love this store!

There can be nothing pertaining to cake/cookie decorating that these people don't have. Tremendously helpful owner/staff with where to find things in this packed space, but even more importantly, very helpful recommendations on products and techniques. Definitely worth the visit.
