I ordered half a hog share and I was impressed with the entire process start to finish. When you order a hog share or cow share from farms, they generally don't give you all the options and level of detail that you get when ordering through WDB. They go into a lot more detail about your cuts, your options and generally just level set expectations to avoid any surprises at pickup. These extra considerations are greatly appreciated. Every cut was FRESH, vacuum sealed and labeled. When you order from a farm they usually freeze everything. I thought the fresh element was very thoughtful.When I picked up my order I asked a slew of other questions about the beef they sell and Griffin was patient and extremely helpful. I've been a customer of WSD over the last 8 years or so and I'm always impressed with the consistency of the products they sell as well as the knowledge and expertise of their staff. Truly remarkable! Keep up the great work!”
“My new go to Carniceria! This place is close to home and the selction of meats and other products could not be better. Been here a few time now and have not been disappointed they have good cuts of meats and even a good beef or chicken fajita mix ready for cooking at home. You can also get cheese breads produce and much more. Service is great here and I recommend this place for your next carne asada party needs.”

“By far the best carniceria I've been to in Denver. When you drive up, there is loud music blaring, there is everything you need to whip up an amazing and authentic Mexican dish and they have fresh tortillas for sale. There is also a restaurant in the back that had a line incredibly long so we weren't able to try it, but will definitely be back soon to do so!”

“This place is a local favorite of the Hispanic community as well as a gem for anyone and everyone. The staff is extremely pleasant and welcoming to anyone. They sell groceries, fresh produce, cheese, fish and meat. They have a small deli with meals like barbacoa that you can sit down and eat. The prices are reasonable and I love the small business feel. Anyone to stop at the doughnut store in the same parking lot, I always go in this store to look around and buy myself some fresh baked goods. This place always busy and it just feels "happy" as the vibe is so high and positive.”
