So far my experience has been amazing. They have been so helpful along the application process from the beginning to approval! They are very responsive to emails and phone calls and have also been incredibly nice. Im so excited for this to be me and my daughter’s new home!

One of the best apartments I ever had hands down !! Great office staff !! Jerrica always made sure to help with anything I needed for my place..not that I needed much because it was brand new when I moved in but she was very helpful. I moved out of Englewood for personal reasons but I would recommend The Broadway Lofts to anyone looking for a nice clean and quiet home. Thanks for everything !!

I was emailing Jessica in regards to a 2 bedroom apartment. She said that there would be availability soon. This way back in MAY. As soon as I said I would like to apply and take a tour she stopped emailing/contacting me. I emailed her three more times and called twice. NO RESPONCE. So now I have to miss out on an apartment that was available due to your guy's lack of communication? I don't think that is fair nor professional.

I have lived here since 2017 the neighborhood has steadily gone down hill, management does not care about its tenants( Have complained about multiple maintenance issues for the past 2 years and yet they have not been resolved) Front door is still broken from an attempted burglary, Management has still not fixed the issue, It is unsafe, and unmaintained. There is still a bullet lodged between my windows From one of multiple shootings in the parking lot. Car was stolen from the parking lot, and i have been told by multiple neighbors that they too have been discriminated against by Jerica, For they believe various reasons, And has shown bias against various tenants.

Don't move here unless you feel like dealing with needles in the stairwell & homeless sleeping everywhere. My kid was cornered in the trash room by homeless drunk. Management fails to keep them out. It's like they don't care. I've spoken to several others that have said they complained but nothing is done to keep us and our kids safe . I agree. There are constant broken doors, carts and trash everywhere. It's sad.

Update: After not having a working master bathroom for months, here is the new job maintenance did on the repairs for their leaking problem. I asked for some compensation and the great management team of course denied it. It's all good here when you move in but they love adding money & keeping your deposit when you leave ?

Jerrica was incredibly helpful and responsive. Apartment is as good as it gets for the price and the location is a 9/10.

Decent place some great views of the mountains from that top floor. Lots of business right in that area as well. Bars, food, king soopers.

I just renewed my lease, going on year two of living here and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Jerrica and Andrea. They are so attentive and quite a pleasue to work with. From the common areas being cleaned routinely and an open ended communication with the staff, to maintenance and work orders being met quickly. Why would you not want to live here? Quiet neighbors, walking distance to so much such as walmart, kingsoopers, restaurants and bars.. Really the perfect space! Thank you staff for being so accomidating through these tough times everyone is experiencing!

Broadway lofts has been an awesome place to live in! Buildings are well kept, clean and quiet. The units themselves are very well thought of as far as layout and functionality. All of the property staff we've met have been kind and helpful to us. The property manager, Jerrica, is awesome! She's super attentive and has been such a big help from the beginning. Would definitely recommend.

Recently moved in and wanted to take a minute to say what a great experience this has been. With all the crazy going on right now this might not have been the most opportune time for a new transition but Andrea and all the amazing ladies in the office have made this a great experience. Andrea helped me through the process and made sure she kept me updated with every new step and made this transition as easy and enjoyable as possible. I am loving my new place and am very grateful I was able to work with such an amazing person.
