We love our teachers! Our little girl comes home happy every day and loves talking about her teachers and all her friends at school.

Our son is 4 years-old and he has been attending Bright Horizons since he was 6 months-old. From the time he was an infant until now, all of his teachers have been loving and have made learning fun. It’s a challenge for parents to find caregivers they undoubtedly trust with their children and Bright Horizons continues to be a blessing to our son’s development and to our family.

There were some great teachers who we really miss but after constantly battling diaper rash and witnessing a teacher behave aggressively with a toddler we had to leave. Our daughter hasn’t had diaper rash since we pulled her out.

My daughter in law had a tour of this location and I was appalled. the under 2 room was a slightly oversized janitor closet with nothing of color on walls it the floor the children were just wondering around with absolutely nothing to do. I asked if this was a transition room possibly between outside taking off coats washing hands etc... and was told no they were in that room all day. The regular teacher admin out of the country, but was not doing anything to quarantine yourself when she got back they were just going to 'watch her' to see if she had any symptoms of Covid or other illness she was with the children. it broke my heart to see these little ones wondering around so miserably no smiles no laughter. I then witnessed 2 boys tormenting a girl in a different class pretending to use light cabers as weapons as she lay on the floor covering her head. A teacher an aide as well as the asst director not paying any attention to what was happening. I was livid that this was being allowed or ignored and instantly said something so that the situation was addressed. I have been in education for years and would not allow this facility to watch any child. I wish I had known the little girls family so I could contact them and told them what was happening. Obviously there was no way we were using this daycare. I plan to pursue the issues with state. Please for your children Do Not use this facility and be extremely cautious when leaving your children in the care of others. My daughter in law had heard gold reviews of this location. Completely unfathomable! The other locations also withheld their deposits for waiting lists when they choose to question the level of commitment to children! Disgraceful on every level.

We were so lucky to find this daycare! The admin staff and Ms Hana in the infant room are amazing! It was so hard to bring my daughter to daycare starting when she was 3 months old but I felt so comfortable leaving her with Ms Hana and Ms Rosie. I went and nursed my daughter on my lunch break when she was really young and got to spend lots of time in the classroom and I was very pleased with the level of attention and how much Ms Hana truly cared about my daughter and the other kids. The facility was always clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend bringing your infant here based on my experience.

My family is so lucky to have found this daycare! I didn't realize (as a new parent) how comfortable I could be with having my son in daycare. I had a bad experience at another local day care and was not looking forward to this transition. Maggie and Alicia (and the rest of the team) made us all feel warm and cozy with the transition. At this facility there is truly a TEAM in place! Which was important to us. A special shout out to Ms. Rosie, who is OUTSTANDING with the all the little ones. I've stopped in at different times throughout the week and day, and I've never experienced any red flags. I would recommend this center and their staff to anyone looking for childcare, especially those that are new parents and having trouble with the idea of someone else taking care of their baby. They are in good hands here. :)

We had an ok experience at this Bright Horizons location. Sometimes my interactions with the teachers made me feel frustrated. For example, when walking in the classroom in the morning one of the teachers was on her phone then when she saw me, she tried to hide her phone behind her leg. Also at this location you must pack a lunch for your kid when other daycares in the area provide lunch.

We had our little girl here during our stay in Denver and I can't find enough praise for this place. The teachers and the facilities are incredible and of a very high standard. My daughter loves Mrs. Aspen and has grown leaps and bounds in a short time here. I hope to enrol my son as well on our return to Denver. Highly recommend.

Love it! Until 3 years of course- then they pack the rooms with kids. Nevertheless I feel like we benefited from putting our kiddo there. Miss Maggie is amazing and hardworking.

My son has been running to class and waving me bye. He has grown leaps and bounds being in their care. He speaks more, can describe his day to me and has fostered a ton of independence. If your looking for excellent care this is above and beyond, a excellect place fpr your child to grow and learn.

We had such a great experience at the Greenwood Plaza Bright Horizons. We sent our first born there at 3 months so we were expecting to be those over-bearing first-time parents. Because of the sheer awesomeness of the staff, we knew that we were in good hands. Our infant's teacher, Hana, was THE BEST. 15+ years experience and you could immediately tell that she knew what she was doing. The administrative staff was also excellent. Sarah and Melissa were all incredibly pleasant and helpful. Don't ask me how, but the both of them seemed to know the names of every child and every parent that walked the halls. It was very impressive. The only reason that we moved from this school is that we got into a daycare was much closer to our house. It was a very tough decision because we were so happy at BHGV. I highly recommend.

Rosie in Nido D is amazing with babies! Shes always quick to listen and offer helpful hints and solutions. When it comes to day care you get what you pay for and I cant believe how lucky we are to have her.
