“My experience at Runaway Bridal was nothing less than perfect. Their location above a winery with a complimentary glass is the perfect thing to make a bride and her best friends feel fancy and excited for the dress try on. The space and decor is stunning and the personal touches like mine and my fiancés name on the wall made me smile and feel so welcome and excited to try on dresses. Jessica and her assistant did a phenomenal job making me feel comfortable and beautiful trying on all sizes of dresses, and helped to make sure regardless of the size, that I got as close to a perfect imagine as possible of what it would look like in the correct size. Their dress selection is large for a boutique size store and my friends and I had so much fun trying on things I would never think to try. Their accessories were gorgeous and so affordable compared to other Denver spots, making my dream wedding attire attainable. I can’t recommend Runaway Bridal enough. Don’t even think twice, just book the session!”

“Initially a pleasant experience. The selection at the store is well diverse and the shop often holds trunk show events, which can be helpful. However, I would not consider the customer service to be what I’d expect for the cost and expenses. They are a basic bridal boutique that follows a routine and will not go above and beyond for you. I would have expected more from their stylists to help guide their clients towards the best options, rather than pushing towards the easiest solution. I would recommend trying a few boutiques in the area and find one that speaks to you and one that will help find exactly what you are looking for.”

After having concerns when I received my dress he was incredibly accommodating and offered additional times to make sure I had everything I needed. No one wants anything to go wrong, but even when accidents happen it is always reassuring to know that your professional is committed to sorting things out and offering the best service possible. Fully trust him with everything and you can tell he takes pride in his work which is warranted because it’s incredible! Highly recommend :)”
