Hello management, can you please advise why you’re scamming people?Please read the yelp reviews people and don’t purchase products from people that run this scam store. They place charges on your credit cards without consent so I would advise you not to do business with thieves. I’ve already reported you and really hope you start making an honest living.

someone Used my sons debit card to make a purchase at this boost mobile store in Colorado yesterday and it has not gone through yet. As I looked at the reviews it seems it is the same person who tried this with another person from Texas two months ago. My son lives in Idaho. I'm sure this is not the only two times this has happened at this location.

Place is a JOKE advertises that they open at 11AM they don't even acknowledge that considering my friends mom isIs struggling already to pay her phone bill sat here till 11:30 no sign of anyone their letting customers in to pay her phone bill this boost is trash customer service is nothing to these places

For months now dealing with this company... I have no data for almost 2 months I called 7 times filed a complaint nothing. I was lied to.. was out of town no service. I call just get lied to. I was told I would be switched over to this with no problem... And that I didn't need a sim card Then they said I did after I complained.. they said they sent one. No never got it they refuse to help me . No service.. can only use my phone on my internet and wifi... Absolutely horrific the lies they tell you ... I'm waiting for them to take money out of my account... Then it's trouble .. that's fraud. No services.. for months Good job... Horrible customer service.. way to go... ???? They won't help don't go with them... Beware can't talk with anyone that knows what they r doing or even get someone who speaks English unbelievable.. Shame.. still no data no service... I have proof of texts sent to me and phone calls. Still no help

Customer service sucks!!! Paid my bill on 9/16/2023 @ 8:30 pm its 11:30 My service is not on good thing I was not stranded.Every sense this New company took over it Has been Ghetto.Please I have been with Boost about 10 yrs I truly recommend another company.This company is Horrible No Stars for me.

On March 2nd, 2023, I tried to make a "gift payment" through the Boost Mobile site on behalf of a family-member who is a customer. The site did not recognize her number.I tried calling Boost customer service but sat on hold for at least half an hour, and never got through to anyone.Today (March 7th), I tried again. The site still did not work. I tried calling customer service again. After at least fifteen minutes on hold, I did speak to a representative, but I was told that, due to "some system issues", they cannot accept payments for that phone number at this time. They estimate that it will be at least another one to three days before the system that can accept payments is available. But her phone stopped working today!

First of all if I was to get what I expected you wouldn't be here.. my screen guard installed with a unmatching screen, cut out sections of the screen guard does not match or fit the screen.Service: since I had the phone has been pathetic having to wait minutes to activate programs, huge delays in service, no notification, missed messages.. I've gone back several times to correct the situations at the store as well as trying directly contacting boost Mobile, telling me that's how the way it is it's because I use too much in my data they're telling! On my old service I wouldn't use up my data until the end of the month now it's within a week of my payment! With identical service plan! Very slow 4G phone was faster than what I'm getting now and my 5G phone with a 50+$$ service plan. No help from boost Mobile besides pathetic return messages that don't deal with the facts when I go in to the store where I bought my phone the same thing happens I made a huge mistake by signing up with boost Mobile!!!!

If I could give zero stars that's what they would get. Absolutely NO customer service skills whatsoever and NO resolution for an issue they are responsible for creating. Was a customer 7 years, and I am DONE.

This place is a joke. The day after I got service my phone calls and text stopped working. I went back and the kid quickly shrugged me off and basically said not his problem. He wanted me to buy another SIM card! So I had to get on someone else's phone to call support. Such a hassle that this pos could have helped me with. Save yourself the trouble - DONT GO HERE!
