Business owners BEWARE! We have a medical practice and were introduced to Peter Smith; Mr. Smith was late to the first appointment and his manager had to call and get him to show up. The alarming part is when discussing our loan options where a business plan is required, Mr. Smith refused to sign a non-disclosure agreement or even provide an email confirming any form of confidentiality with our plan and proposal. I was referred to BOK Financial by a colleague who was trying to help, since then I have found out that Mr. Smith only helps his buddies and has been known to do shady business. Protect yourself and your business and bank elsewhere. On a positive note Mario Valdez did a wonderful job taking care of us and showed what customer service should be, it is unfortunate that Mr. Smith I also spoke with Mr. Smith’s boss who shared a very fake concern while on the phone with Mr. Smith and proceeded to show us exactly where Mr. Smith learned this behavior by lack of follow up and care yet again. This place is definitely not a good business.

I have never had so many issues with a Financial Institution and a Bank Branch before. Every single time I go to this bank I'm left waiting longer than anyone else and almost every single time I've gone into this bank for the past 3 months a mistake has been made where I need to return or call them to fix their mistakes. I have never received even decent customer service or acknowledgment from anyone at this bank outside of Nancy who is is Marketing. The way I have been treated by multiple males at this branch is unacceptable.

they have very limited hours and locations and they compound this issue by forcing you to into branches to do simple things like change a phone number. Ive been a customer for years, but just something seems to lock me out all the time. ive spent months this year without the ability to even access my own account through their website or apps (as my phone was suddenly not able to get their updates anymore because it wasnt new) and their reps arent able to help anyone without 15 pieces of information or they will claim its a security risk despite hundreds of years of history where people never had to do take such measures where business managed to get along just fine. i dont have anything huge against them, but i do have a hundred little things that bother me that i think may lead me to look elsewhere. dont see much advantage with bok.

BOK Financial is by far the best banking out there. Been to other banks and was lied to and treated badly... BOK Financial is always respectful and they go out of their way to make sure i understand the situation at hand. THANK YOU BOK FINANCIAL!!!

I can’t even tell you have disappointed I am with this bank! We have had both a business and personal accounts for our kids through this bank for years (back when they were a smaller, more personal bank). We run a LOT of money through this bank and when we have needed loans for equipment or to get debit card accounts for our kids (under the age of 16) there is NO flexibility at all!!!! This is a bank of convenience for the BANk, not for the CONSUMER!! Happy to be moving multiple accounts elsewhere!

I have purchased a number of loans from this organization. Ann Bagwell is great to work with as a loan officer. Unfortunately my issue is with the institution's customer service when it comes having my account correctly credited. Twice this year I have sent in principal payments. Even though the check memo stated "principle only" the payment for the following month was applied from the funds.They don't correct the problem, they provide an excuse and then it happens again. "It was received close to the time the next payment was due". "The check was sent to the wrong branch." My response is : Read the memo on the check. Then there is no question what to do the funds. Last year that had set up payment for Denver property taxes to come out of the escrow account four times a year instead of twice per year. It took six weeks and multiple phone calls to customer service to figure out the problem and get it corrected.
