We are very frustrated. Met with BKC on Jan 8th. Initially we were super impressed with the designer. She listened to our ideas and came up with great suggestions. On January 24 we went back in for a follow up after I reached out because we hadn’t heard anything. She showed us initial drawings and told me she’d get pricing and drawings over to us soon. We never heard anything. On February 10 I texted again to get updates, to see where we were at with drawings and pricing. No response. And that’s the end of the communication from her.If she decided she didn’t want to work with us for whatever reason, she could have communicated that with us, instead she just stopped answering. Horrible customer service. Now we are back to square one, working with another cabinet company.

We love our new kitchen cabinets. BKC helped us figure out the perfect layout and the right cabinets for us. You can't tell in the photos here that the island is navy and it is a beautiful color.

Our experience was very positive! We had one cabinet face come in the wrong shade and Gavy corrected the problem quickly. Appreciated her responsiveness. Incredibly happy with the end result!

BKC kitchen and bath have the best cabinets. We used them twice in our custom homes. The 1st time was 13 years ago and the 2nd time was last year. They stay behind their products and are very easy to work with. Candice Hill helped us with our kitchen and bath. Candice’s customer service, especially after purchasing the cabinets, is above and beyond. Whenever there is an issue, she immediately solved it. We highly recommend BKC.

We worked with Peter Von Esten with BKC to completely remodel our kitchen. Peter collaborated well with our interior designer to create a stunning result in terms of style, color, quality and just the right amount of bells and whistles. Peter was always responsive when we reached out and served well as a liaison with all parties involved, including appliance providers, cabinet makers, contractors and service providers. We highly recommend Peter and BKC.

My architect referred me to Jennifer at BKC and it was one of the most amazing experiences of my home building journey. From our first meeting at the show room to follow up meetings, Jennifer was always at the top of her game with wonderful suggestions. She was efficient and timely and a pleasure to work with. The installation team and that process was also seamless. I had a problem with a damaged item and she quickly ordered me a replacement piece. I would use them again!

After having researched several highly rated design firms in the area, we are so pleased that we ultimately decided to work with BKC kitchen and bath in Sheridan for our full kitchen remodel. From conception to completion, we had an excellent experience collaborating with Jennie Showers. Jennie has a keen eye for beauty, and the classical training which she received in Italy in both architecture and design shines through in the unique way that she is able to conceptualize what will work best for any given space. While we had a general idea of what we hoped for from the start, Jennie had several helpful suggestions of ways to improve the design, while still respecting our overall creative vision. She was patient and supportive as we carefully considered each design element, from our custom color selection, to our unique twelve inch stacked crown moulding. Jennie was also able to recommend an incredible general contractor whose team facilitated installation in a timely and well organized manner. Finally, while any large scale renovation is never without its share of unexpected challenges, Jennie handled each hiccup with professionalism and expediency. We would gladly recommend Jennie to any family or friends in need of design expertise, and will most definitely be reaching out to her again, should we choose to embark on another project in the future.Services: Custom kitchen cabinet construction

What a disappointment! In summary, take your business elsewhere. I read raving reviews about BKC but my experience was nothing but frustrating. I started working with Heather and my husband and I spent hours in the showroom talking through everything we wanted. Weeks later we finally had a design review and it was nothing like what we asked for, and it didn't even represent the inspiration photos we sent her. My husband is a designer and decided to mock up our kitchen so that we would get exactly what we wanted, and all we needed from them was an estimate. After weeks of waiting, Heather finally emailed us to apologize for dropping the ball, and passed us over to another designer, Caitrin. Again, we spent hours working with her - we gave her our design and simply asked for an estimate. She refused to do an online design meeting and held our design hostage saying we had to pay the deposit in order to see anything... Uhh what? THEY DIDN'T EVEN DO THE DESIGN BUT THEY TOOK CREDIT FOR IT. She promised me an estimate and missed both deadlines she gave me for providing one. Finally, I reached out to Jennie Showers since her name was associated with many of the positive reviews. I told her I was frustrated because nobody could meet their deadlines, and because we had been trying to get our kitchen finalized for FOUR MONTHS. She swiftly took over our account, we met with her right away and spent hours talking through my husband's design (what was possible with our budget/what wasn't) and she promised an estimate by the following week. No follow through. BKC was nothing but a complete waste of time for us and they provided no value. The only design we ever saw was terrible and did not capture our vision, they missed deadlines and would go dark for weeks at a time. You're truly better off drawing what you want and going elsewhere - where you aren't paying design fees wrapped up in the cost of cabinets for terrible design and service. In our case, we contacted ProSource (Tara was our designer) and she was easy to work with and kept to her word on every deadline given.

After visiting several kitchen cabinet/remodeling showrooms in our area we decided on BKC and are so happy with the results. Candice was wonderful to work with throughout the process including design and cabinet selection and I would highly recommend her and BKC! We recently completed a total kitchen remodel and used BKC for our design and cabinets. We are thrilled with how our kitchen turned out! Jennie was recommended by a friend and we cliqued instantly. She took her time getting a feel for our space and listened to what we wanted while at the same time giving her professional opinion. We don't have a huge space and are limited by walls and windows but Jennie was able to give us two different designs after she met with us and updated these designs each time we requested changes. We are visual people and seeing renderings was very helpful. Once we found a design we liked, we were able to order appliances and then cabinets. Jennie was up front about the lengthy production timeline for cabinets and fortunately there was no delay. We had a few items that were missing, damaged or produced incorrectly by the cabinet manufacturer but none of these caused a delay in installation. We appreciated that our contractor, his installer and Jennie had a great working relationship because we did not have to micro-manage any of the project. Jennie returned emails and phone calls promptly and that is something I always appreciate. Also, once the big decisions were out of the way, Jennie helped me with small items like cabinet hardware, floating shelves and lighting. I find those small details overwhelming and it was really nice to have Jennie's input. We will be using BKC when it comes time to update our bathrooms and I have given out Jennie's contact info to many friends.
