I <3 this shop! I go "check on the plants" every few weeks, sometimes more, it's beautiful everyone is helpful and I almost always leave with a plant I can't live without.

I got a lovely gift from a friend purchased at Birdsall . The paper whites were planted in a really cool ceramic planter and they came up quickly. Bloomed for nearly 2 weeks. Lovely store, lovely gift.

I LOVE this shop! They have so many great plants and so many pots/plant accessories to choose from for very reasonable prices. The staff is always so friendly and ready to help, and very knowledgeable as well! Definitely recommend stopping in to check these guys out!!!!

I love this place! Amazing service and product. Very competitive prices on pottery. The space is curated gorgeously, and who doesn't love a mimosa with plants!? Awesome place to catch some well deserved zen!

Lovely plant store. My favorite in all of Denver. Super friendly staff always very helpful in answering my many plant related questions as a newbie plant mom. Their pricing is very fair and I’ve seen plants for much cheaper here than other plant shops in Denver. Every plant I’ve bought from them has been very healthy and is thriving. Lots of LGBTQIA+ literature relating to plants and pro feminism throughout the store. If anyone is thinking this place is not a queer safe space because of tenant/landlord issues with a previous tenant, they could not be more wrong.

I'm newish to houseplants and was visiting the area on vacation with my friend who lives very close by to the store. She said we should check out the store and I was very impressed by the selection and quality of the plants and other items. The employee who was there answered our questions about plant care for the ones we purchased and was very friendly. It's a beautiful space and I plan to shop again when I'm in the area!

Super expensive plants, ok selection. I went in because I was excited to see a queer coffee shop/bookstore in the same space but they weren't open because the air conditioning was broken (which made it too hot for baking I guess? They said this was a recurring issue). Then I heard the landlord asked the coffee shop to take down their pride flag. What century are we living in? Never shopping here again.

This is SUCH a disappointment...my previous review of 5 stars has now been downgraded to 1. They've decreased their statuary (indoor and outdoor) inventory at least 80%. Their collection of arboreal and botanical supplies equally drastically cut. They've replaced it with a substantial collection of LGBTQ books (irrelevant to botany), a bizarre corner for a weird barber chair, and what looks like an empty and ugly ice cream freezer and open ugly space with no inventory. If you're looking for plants and gifts this is no longer your go-to. Did they recently change ownership? If I want sex literature I will go to a sex shoppe. I wanted garden statuary and you've nearly nothing left. What happened??

After finding out that tenets of the building were unable to hang a pride flag , I will no longer be shopping at or supporting this business. It is obviously not a safe place for our community. Performative allyship is not being an ally. Your pocket book doesn't pay for allyship. Tokenizing employees past and present does not make you an ally

What a cute little shop! All the plants looked very healthy, and there was a great variety too! And many lovely pots of all sizes with drainage holes! All in all, a wonderful shop with wonderful service!

If you want bougie plants and pots, this place is amazing. Five stars for that. Fewer stars for the rest of us who know that you can get many of the same plants at Home Depot for 1/3 of the price.

Birdsall is a slice of happiness on a pretty plate. Beautiful plants, amazing fountains and a wonderful staff.

Everyone knows I'm a plant lady. after leaving the Bakery a block away I saw this location and circled back around and went in. OMG. I instantly fell in love. If plants and pots and everything green is your thing, this is the place to be. Check out this cool branch ornament they have hanging in their showroom. I have to make this for my house which has over 60 plants and I'm constantly propagating. I purchased a much needed plant moisture meter. Oh by the way, there is a cool lil coffee shop in the corner of the store. This will now become a regular go to spot when I'm jones'n for a new plant.
