They are simply rude and have no customer service skills. I can not imagine how they stay in business or how they could have such horrible staff. just a warning! I won't be back to this car lot.

We saw a car on their website that we liked and called Pat. It was Friday after 4pm but he had no problem with us coming down to see it and test drive it so close to his closing time. He was also very patient and understanding when it took over an hour to bring the payment. Pat is very easy to work with and made us feel comfortable & confident in our purchase. Out of all the used cars that we had looked at over the past week, this car was in the best condition by far. And at a very fair price. We are very pleased with our purchase. I would definitely recommend going to see him if you are looking for a used car in great condition

I just purchased a car from Pat here and not only did he make it easy for me but it all happened in just a few hours. They were quick to respond and had all of the right answers. Small office but was clean and everyone was very nice.You can tell they care about their customers.

I called and discussed cars with Pat since I was driving a distance to look at a specific car. Pat called me the morning I was to look at the specific car to let me know it had sold. He was very helpful pointing me in the direction of another vehicle they had similar to what I was looking at. He was very friendly when I arrived on site and easy to work with. Great experience quick and painless.

My daughter and I had an excellent experience at Best Car Buys III. We bought a used car with the help of Pat. This place seems to have a lot of integrity. They provided a Carfax, had a mechanic perform a safety check, and they fixed a couple of things based on the check. We've now had the car for a couple of months, and it's been excellent. I fully recommend them.

Dave was the other person who was very helpful and accomadating with some questions I had the next day! Thanks!!I love my:2015 Volkswagen Golf TDI (Turbo Diesel Fuel injection) with 64K miles! A real beauty and it got 56.1 mpg on my trip back to Durango! Great experience! I highly recommend this place.?
