As we were preparing to buy a home in the Springs, we spoke with several lenders/brokers and ultimately decided to work with Chaz from Bear Mortgage, and I’m so glad we did! From the very get-go he was very enthusiastic and supportive in helping us find the best loan option for our particular situation (and let me tell you, it was kind of a chaotic situation with lots of moving parts, but he handled it was ease). Of all the lenders we spoke with, he was the most responsive, supportive, and proactive and helped us find loan options that were much more promising and flexible than what other lenders were offering. Chaz was also very personable and good at explaining all the loan terms and intricacies in a way that we could easily understand. Thank you, Chaz, for making the loan process so much more manageable and for helping us achieve our goal of home ownership!

I can’t say enough good things about Bear Mortgage. We had a very tricky situation and Jordan and Tim were there every step of the way Answered all our questions with the upmost professionalism and kindness. I can't say enough about Tim and his team, I have used them on at least 4 real estate transactions and they have always been dialed in to be my biggest advocates. They show the utmost patience and explained every cost/fee associated with closings. My latest transaction was a fairly complex purchase out of state and dealing with convoluted Seller Attorneys. Needless to say, I felt comfortable with Tim and his team supporting me while being licensed to operate in over 40 states.Nuances of closing in other states were no trouble to them and they helped me secure the lowest rates for my financing. Bear Mortgage is absolutely incredible to work with. We called Tim on a weekend to let him know we didn’t even know we were on the search for a new house but that we found one we were in love with and wanted to make an offer and needed a letter within the hour. He got it back to us no problem and it was smooth sailing with Tiffany throughout the entire process!! Tim came to our closing in person and even brought a gift. We have used Bear Mortgage several times now and I recommend them to everyone. Incredibly kind people that make everything easy!!

I worked with Jordan about a month ago, I advised her we needed down payment assistance and after I told her that she said she would work with us and call me back. I never received a call back I called about 3 times left her a message and I never received a call back and all this after I had told her I had a bad experience with an agent.

My husband and I just closed on our home and I am incredibly satisfied in my experiences with Bear Mortgage. Tim, Jordan, Kim, et al. were all exceptionally knowledgeable, helpful, and kind throughout the entire process, from the initial offer letter to signing our final closing papers. Not only are they incredibly fast and efficient at what they do, but they're always available for questions and showed incredible patience in their explanations with things we needed further clarification on. With Bear Mortgage (and a good realtor), you truly feel like you have a team that has your back throughout the entire, and often stressful, process of buying a home. I would choose Bear for any future home financing needs as well as refer them to friends and family without question. You really can't go wrong.

AMAZING!!! Tim closed a VA loan in 14, yes, FOURTEEN days!!! That is unheard of. They are hard working, friendly, and actually care about you as their clients. We flew in from DC and spent most of our day in their office gather all the paperwork required. They supported our every need. I can’t say enough good things about Bear mortgage!!!

Tim Lindsey and the Bear Mortgage team are great, upstanding professionals, who illuminate every step of the lending process in an easy to absorb way. Our team has done many loans with them and will continue to do so in the future. I did a refinance for my first residence turned rental and it could not have been smoother. The online portal to upload your docs is intuitive and checks your items off as you go. It also gives you a timer to know that you are slacking on getting your information back to one of the awesome loan officers on the team. Highly recommend Tim, Megan, Jordan and Autumn, they are a great bunch of people. Another review on here says “I’m sure Tim would be a nice guy to have a beer with” and I can attest to that being true. In fact, Bear Mortgage hosts a monthly happy hour so you can do that very thing! It’s that personal touch and facetime with the boss that has us choosing Bear Mortgage over and over.
