I had a great experience with the staff at this bank- Selene, Kirti, and Rick! Selene and Kirti worked with me to get foreign currency for an upcoming vacation and were so kind and personable. And Rick took some time to explain the new PNC credit card that you can use out of the country (something Selene mentioned to me and then had Rick elaborate on). Thank you!

Worst bank ever, app never works, can't ever sign in web page it's always down, I can't ever transfer money, I wish BBVA would've stuck around they were good, time to look for another bank.

I only gave one star cause I had to. The manager named Eric Dikeman is the worst customer service representative I have ever met and I have even worked customer service myself for 8 years. If only I could put the full story on here. Do not use BBVA for any cashiers checks and if you can just find another bank that isn’t full of corrupt employees. (That could be hard) I will be closing my account as soon as my issues are resolved.

Again they changed employees at this bank. Every time I take money from our savings or investment accounts they give me so many problems. I have checking account and still give me problems with just wanting to deposit!!!! One gentleman their is super nice and friendly but the rest are rude.

Dont come to this branch if you're in a hurry! I've now been waiting over 20 mins in the drive up just to deposit a check. They seem to be extremely short staffed every time I come here, one of the guys they have as a teller is obviously new and overwhelmed, not his fault but...HELP THE GUY OUT! There are other staff members here who literally are standing and watching him drown. Unacceptable business. Drive the extra 15 mins and go to the Park Meadows branch

Walked in almost 20 minutes ago and nobody greeted me (which is fine) but I’ve been standing here with still not one person saying anything to me the whole time. I was behind ONE person, the ONE person who was being attended to and FOUR people behind the counter including the manager!!! Absolutely ridiculous I NEED a new bank ASAP!
