Everyone we dealt with from sales to installation were knowledgeable and professional. And when there was an issue with one of the components of the installation, they responded within hours of notification. We would highly recommend Bath Fitter to anyone thinking of having a tub or shower replacement.

Bath fitter is great Amazing, from J Miller showing and measuring to Jordan install it was perfect on a scale of 1-10 it was a 15, then after ,i get a box of chocolate chip cookies in the mail. i almost wish i had another bathroom to do Thank You for every thing

From the initial contact through completion, BathFitters did each step with professionalism and courtesy. Installer arrived on time, and did all the work outlined in the contract without skimping, or saying "that's good enough". Excellent job!I am a retired remodeling contractor, and have done this type of project myself. I recognize a quality job done, and this one, by far, was the best work I've had done.Quality of materials was top grade, and as specified.

This was such an amazing experience. I was able to meet the owner of the company during the initial appointment. Everything was so easy and seamless. Everyone I interacted with at Bathfitter was professional and kind, from the owner, to the receptionist, to the installer, I felt confident through the entire process. The installer arrived promptly and completed the whole installation process in less time than was initially anticipated. He left no mess whatsoever and completely transformed the shower, and was clear on after care instructions. The installer also went above and beyond, repairing an area near the shower that he could have ignored because it was outside of what the actual install covered. This isn’t just a cover over your shower, it truly is a one day total makeover that can’t be beat, by a company that genuinely exceeds expectations. 1000/10 recommend over and over again.

I wa s so proud of my bath and shower so I told my daughter to get them the salesmen told her that your mother will receive 200 dollars which never happened she has called business and sales and still nothing so I will never recommend them again

I love my new bathtub! Bath fitter was so easy to work with, transparent about pricing, and communicated the process/scheduling and aftercare . The installation went as smooth as could be. So glad to not have to look at that ugly tub. Look at my beautiful new one!

We utilized Bath Fitter 20 Yeats ago to remodel tub area of the bathroom. It has held up great both in appearance and functionality over the years. Recently we needed to obtain some do uments related to the projects and the Bath Fitter staff was extremely helpful in retrieving documents and answering questions. We would recommend Bath Fitter for tub remodeling.

We had a great experience with Bath Fitter from the bidding process to the completed installation. Professionals John (sales) Caleb and Joe (installers) were very thorough and always let us know what was happening next and getting our input on where items should go like grab bars and the shower seat. We used bath fitter several years ago for 2 bathrooms. We loved the showers but felt they were a tad bit expensive. When ready to do the last bathroom we got estimates from 3 different companies. All of them were ridiculously high ($11000 for a 4x3 shower). We were going to do it ourselves but after using our son’s bath fitter shower we decided to call them. We are glad we did. Reasonably priced in comparison and they do a fantastic job. Highly recommend!
