This place is awesome. Kelly is down to earth, kind, and honest. This was my second time bringing my car in and the service was consistently awesome.It’s hard to find a good mechanic shop that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. Very reasonably priced shop.Highly recommend taking your car there!!

Went to B&A for a second opinion at the recommendation of a friend. I struggled to get through to them once or twice (I'd go straight to voicemail, then wouldn't get a call back).Once I got through, they were amazing. Bill and Kelly were both incredibly helpful even on the phone, talking through the problem, even proposing ways I could test it out on my own before taking it in.Taking it in, they test drove it to find the problem, did relatively major work, and test drove it again to ensure it was resolved. Very communicative and great work.Best of all, I told them I might be due for a specific item at 60k miles, they took a look, and told me it was in great condition and recommended I not do the work. Deeply appreciative for that honesty!

I had over $1500 in work done two weeks ago on multiple issues with spark plugs, engine coils, alignment, oil change and a $150 diagnostics charge for engine misfires and check engine lights. Today my truck died in the middle of Belleview(sorry to all the commuters that got backed up). I brought it back to B&A after pulling the diagnostic code(bad o2 sensor) assuming the check engine light was the cause of sudden dieing of the truck. I looked up a new o2 sensor it was roughly $100 at car parts stores. I then advised B&A that I just had a bunch of repairs and that my truck died on Belleview with a check engine light, to which they replied this is a seperate issue from the previous repairs, which i accepted as probly true. I asked them how much it would be to replace the o2 sensor and they said $350 for the part + $75 labor if its undiagnosed by them. Appalled that they have a 250% markup when they just diagnosed and missed this issue 2 weeks ago I left(I was still naively assuming the check engine code was the reason it died). B&A had no care that my truck was shutting down on the road so close to all the repairs and "diagnostics" that they did. They left me to go fend for myself on Broadway with a dieing truck stating that they can't replace the o2 sensor until next week anyways. I idled the truck down back roads to O'Reilly auto parts. O'Reilly charged me $80 for a new o2 sensor and lent me the proper tools to replace the sensor. When i explained it died they also advised me that the o2 sensor wouldn't cause it to die (which B&A never even hinted at). The O'Reilly employee, who was so above and beyond it was crazy, put a diagnostic scanner on it and also found a "pending" code that the throttle body was malfunctioning in addition to the bad o2 sensor. After removing the tubing to the throttle he advised me that its probly best to replace the throttle body, but said with 100% certainty that is why it died. It was so dirty that I wanted to see if cleaning it might do the trick before buying the new throttle body. The O'Reilly employee and I replaced the o2 sensor($80 part + 10 mns) and then we cleaned out all the black gunk built up on the throttle body flapper(throttle body cleaner $6 + 10 minutes). All the check engine lights are off and the truck has its old power back. Even if I do have the replace the throttle body, which i assume I will, I guarantee it won't be at B&A auto. Fool me once..... Terrible experience.

Got my rear brakes done here. Gave me a much better price than others, let me know the expected price beforehand (which was very close to the final price), and guaranteed their work. Very pleasant! I was able to get an appointment when I wanted. Three ball joints were replaced, rear brakes replaced, and an alignment. I was able to get my vehicle back by end of day which was greatly appreciated. Fair prices!Services: Steering & suspension replacement

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. They are so amazing at every issue we had with a recent car purchased for our daughter. They always get us in with no holds and perform the diagnostic and work with not much hold up. Their prices are extremely fair and they stay in vintage with you on everything they look at and give knowledgeable I formation about each issue that needs to be corrected. I would 110% recommend this team. I was involved in an accident that completely ruined my power steering. At slow speeds of turning, and pulling into tight parking spaces for example, I lost all power steering and had to crank the wheel.B&A replaced my power steering pump and rack at a very reasonable price comparatively to other shops, got it all done in one day and my Tacoma now drives like new.Service: Steering & suspension replacement
