Very rude! They like to blame you and argue. They treat Uber drivers that rent cars so rude. Double charge credit card. Act like any issues with vehicles are the customers fault. The managers are a husband and wife and they speak in another language in front of you while they appear to be talking rude about the customer. Anytime I called for help they wasted my time by arguing. Will never step foot in there again. I was also told by an Uber passenger that he knew someone that worked there and she said how they treat the customers so rude. I recommend to anyone who ask me about the rental option for Uber driving that it’s not worth it and how they will be treated really bad by the Avis budget vendors on Dartmouth and in Denver. They don’t care about a car needing an oil change and rent you a car that first needed an oil change. They try to push off on you a Chevy bolt that takes hours to charge. They rent you cars with bad tires. I had to buy two tires with no refund from them, all Abby did was argue and say the car should have been brought into them. How? With a flat tire, drive on the rim? What a joke! Also, discount tire told me the tires were all worn. That’s what they gave me to safely drive Uber passengers around. Plus it’s almost $400.00 a week to rent a car. If you want to drive 7 days a week 12 hour days you might make a profit by renting a crappy car to drive for Uber. The vendor of Avis/Budget needs to be investigated for scamming too.

Other reviews from this location sufficiently address several of the issues I've recently experienced here. You'd be better to pay the competition a higher rate than deal with the headaches resulting from unexpected fees, and shell games their "customer service" team plays in an attempt to confuse the issues.And no, Avis, I will not be contacting your social media team.

Beware if you choose this location - horrible service! I felt like I was being scolded or scammed when I rented a car and then again when I returned it. I had the car for a week and drove 30 miles. I topped the gas tank off, but when I brought it back the gas gauge showed it was slightly less than full. It was an argument with Hazim whether or not I put gas in it. Because I had only driven 30 miles, and I had the receipt showing I put in 2 and 1/2 gallons of gas, he finally somehow believed that it was possible something was wrong with the gauge and I wasn't lying. My final receipt was $20 higher than my contracted price but I just wanted to get out of there as fast as I could so I didn't argue that point. I will be calling the corporate office about it instead.

Poor service and time wasted with this Avis branch. I called to confirm the availability of a vehicle which they confirmed. I drove to the branch only to be told its no longer available. They are rude liars…. Don’t waste your time

I keep being told that my card is being declined when they run it on my renewal days. I have proof that there is enough money in my account when they supppsedly are trying to run the card. I then get told that it's because my bank is declining it when it doesn't decline any other time. I would like to have these late fees disputed. I shouldn't have to call every week to make sure the card went through when I know I keep enough money in the account for the car specifically. Please put me in contact with a corporate entity that could help me because if this continues I just don't see how I can justify continuing using your service.

Hazim and Ken were wonderful. I called multiple locations for info about renting a car to drive for Uber, but no one would help. I called the Dartmouth location and Hazim was very helpful with the info I didn’t know that I needed. And when it came time to rent the car, Ken was an absolute joy to work with. Very rare. Good people. I highly recommend.

The guy (Nador) argued with me about what my receipt says that they gave me when I got the car. The weekly rate and addl day amountt $90 vs $35/day for additional day. On top of charging me $90 for an extra day rather than $35, they close early on the weekends so I'm not even getting a whole day for $90. That is a rip-off and not right. It's not my fault they close early. That doesn't mean my reservation gets cut short for nothing. That doesn't make any sense whatsoever. As you can see in my sister's last review, they charged it as $47 for an additional day at this location!!!! Now this week they are charging us $90 hello!?!?! This is clearly your guys' inconsistency!!!

My rental broke down and now I am missing work because they won’t service it until Monday. Basically told me I’m screwed unless I want to pay for roadside assistance which is a minimum $99 charge. Said they would “see about a charge” on Monday. I am missing out on $600 of earnings. About to turn the car in and be done with this location. All the cars I have rented had cosmetic damage, large dents, cracks in the windshields, bumper damage. Nothing is prioritized except making sure my card is charged every week $389 dollars. Disgusted at the moment with the lack of care of customers safety and well being of their own rental cars.

Wow, I just called to extend my car one more day and asked how much it would cost. The extremely rude MANAGER stated she didn't know. I asked how much it was originally, and then how much it would be for a one day extension and explained with super simple math that it was $47 after tax and that maybe she should write it down since she's the manager. She hung up on me. Super professional. Don't waste your time with this location.

NEW MANAGEMENT!!!!We are new customers and this is the 2nd consecutive week renting from this location. Hazim has been such a great pleasure to do business with. IF anything is wrong he will go above and beyond to FIX the problem. I would Definitely recommend this location. Great Customer Service. Keep up the good work.

AWFUL customer service!! New management is TERRIBLE!!! Was turning ppl away who had prior reservations and telling them "not my problem" (!!!). The guy and his wife now run the place and they are awful humans. Please rent somewhere else. I will be contacting avis directly, to report his abusive tone. -10 stars
