Ikiya was super friendly and informative with our tour. She was able to answer any questions we had and provide information we didn’t even know we needed!
Community seems clean and well maintained.

So I moved into my apartment in September after first being approved in August then I decided not to move in but working with Ikiya. I reach back out to her at the beginning of September and even though I had changed my mind back-and-forth back-and-forth she still made nice and friendly impatient with me. It ended up getting me into the apartment that I wanted for the price that I wanted and everything. I definitely recommended moving to Avery Park. I’ve been here almost 30 days and I haven’t had any problems yet and I’m loving my experience. Ikiya was very great Very professional it helps me where everything I needed it..

The leasing agent, Ikiya is very personable, knowledgeable and welcoming. She's great at her job and makes sure she covers everything even before being asked. Companies need more people like her who are actually happy to do their job and be there. ??

It has been over a month since I have left the complex (6/6/2024). I was told I would get a refund and have not received it yet. I have called, emailed and even showed up to the office with no help. It is a little ridiculous that this process is taking so long. The staff is not helpful nor is GreyStar themselves. I can't even write a BBB complaint because their name does not pop up nor does it pop up in GreyStar so I am unsure who really operates and owns the complex

Lived in Avery Park for 3 years, decent price for the area, good in-unit amenities (ac/heat,washer/dryer,dish washer) no issues with any equipment. The few times I ever had any issue the front office was fantastic, kind, and helpful.

I wanted to leave a review regarding my experience with both Laramar and Greystar during my time at Avery Park Apartments at 9959 East Peakview Ave, Englewood, CO 80111.
TLDR, from beginning to end, my time in my unit was an outstandingly positive experience.
Before I took possession in November of 2020, I took a virtual tour of the unit as I had actually moved to Colorado. I was able to get all of my questions answered and documentation finalized in less than a couple of days. I had my keys ready to go on November 16th, and they even held on to my XFinity equipment for me, since that had arrived before I did. Move-in, itself, was very easy since my unit was facing the street and had easy access. I chose Avery Park because there were no hallways and entry into your space was open air.
As I mentioned above, my experiences were always positive. The grass on the incline in front of my apartment was always kept. Liter was always at a bare minimum. I would be surprised if I saw the same piece of litter two days in a row. Pet "deposits" were always swiftly addressed. If you saw untended situations, there was always a notification about it in your email about 2 days later and the problem would stop for a good while. This was likely mostly due to tennt receptiveness, but always good to see that the management company was on top of it. They were always quick to clear and salt our walkways, even when the show was very light. My positive experiences didn't end at the door, either.
Maintenance, in my experience, was always stellar. I usually had a fix by the next day, or at least have contact regarding the issue with a resolution plan. The longest issue I had outstanding was probably when my dishwasher broke, which was one week to the date that I reported it, because they had to order a new dish washer. It was easy to verify this since the new dishwasher still had all of the plastic protectors on it when they showed up to install it. I had a single mouse in my apartment once and they showed up with a couple of commercial rat traps (not the ones you get from the dollar store), and took the extra step to foam fill some places that they thought they may be coming from. Other than that, I never had any pest problems.
I'll finish off with my experience with the folks in the leasing office. Helpful and empathetic would probably be the best way I can describe them. Even though we had minimal interaction during my stay, and even with the change from Laramar to GreyStar, they were always helpful whenever I needed to reach out. Whenever I would call, when I could just walk over and get to the office before they closed, and no one was available to take my call at that moment, I would get a return call in less than 30 minutes. I never felt rushed or dismissed by anyone there. They've always taken the time to make sure they've answered all of your questions before they end the call. It typically shows when someone is just reciting policy and I can confidently say that the folks that work there are genuinely listening to your concern and trying their best to accommodate you.
To the team at Avery Park Apartment Homes: Thank you all so much. Dezleen you're the best! I would not hesitate to stay with you all again.

Editing to add 5/6months later and I still feel the same.
I wanted to wait 3 months to do a review but honestly I'm pleased with my experience of living here that I can do it now. The community is always clean in my experience. I don't see trash everywhere or anywhere really besides in its designated place like the dumpsters. The environment is inviting and comfortable. Parking usually isn't an issue and I feel I live in a more crowded part of the complex where the families are. My daughter has made some friends as well which is so awesome. I haven't had any issues with my apartment so far and I honestly have no complaints which is really rare. If I have the option to renew once my lease is up I definitely will.
Thank you Avery Park for being home.

This is what you can expect living at Avery Park. What we have experienced and observed living here. The Good• 100% amazing maintenance crew!• Office staff is very friendly and can be helpful when available.• Many amenities.• Fireplace• Trash runs daily.• Grounds are cleaned daily.• Relatively safe.• Nice location for restaurants and entertainment. The Bad• Outdated units for the price.• No security on staff to enforce safety, policy, or parking. Note to management: This complex needs security!• Even if you paid for your parking spot with a posted sign, it is not always guaranteed to be open.• Parking lot parties complete with loud stereos while people work on their vehicles and leave the beer bottles behind.• 10-20% of the vehicles in the parking lot are not registered or the tags have been expired for years. This limits parking availability.• Boondockers• Porch pirates.• Police visits frequently.• 6+ adults living in one bedroom apartments so hot water can be very limited and the noise is never ending.• Thinnest walls/ceilings/floors around so you will hear everything. And I mean everything.• Pests• One entrance in and out of the complex. If there’s an accident, at the entrance, you can’t enter or exit.
