Worse customer service I've ever witnessed. The female at the counter is uneducated in parts knowledge and how to look up a customer's purchases. Then has the audacity to say something else to talk about the customer. Will never go back there

Chauncey was such a huge help, he was professional, greeted me when i came into the store, and helped me more than expected. He stayed after he was scheduled to be off to continue helping me replace a hard to access headlight on Dodge Charger. Chauncey had a lot of knowledge about cars. He deserves a raise. This kind of service is hard to find these days. Thank you Chauncey.Bill was friendly and helped with headlight as well. Lynn helped me with an exchange as one of the bulbs were incorrect size. They all deserve a raise. Thank you all for the help.
