“I recently had a truly exceptional experience at Nylund's Collision Center, thanks to Sean and Dan. I had had a very unusual request for their help to fix a mangled rental trailer that I had damaged a few days prior and while this is certainly not something within the auto body shop's wheel house - and something Sean could have told me they weren't in a position to be able to help out with - Sean kindly offered to see what he could do to help when I called him on the phone asking for help.
Sean and his extraordinarily skilled team-member, Dan, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs first thing on a Monday morning, showing a level of selflessness, kindness, and graciousness that’s hard to find these days.
When I arrived (having never been there before) Sean was quick to greet me and they jumped into action without hesitation. Their selflessness was evident as they prioritized my situation, ensuring I felt taken care of every step of the way. Sean and Dan were incredibly considerate, immediately going out of their way to tackle the challenging job, despite it requiring multiple tools and devices (and brute labor) in order to complete the task at hand.
What struck me most was their hard work and determination, despite having no obligation whatsoever to help me out. Despite a busy schedule, they tackled my repairs with efficiency and skill, demonstrating their commitment to quality service. I left the shop feeling not just satisfied, but with an overwhelming sense of gratitude and genuine appreciation as a customer.
If you're looking for a reliable and compassionate auto body shop, I can’t recommend Nylund’s enough. Sean, Dan, and the whole team are a stellar group, and their outstanding service made my day so much brighter!

“Good morning. If you want Excellent Quality, Honest Service by a Company with Integrity, Sergio’s Auto-Body is the place. I brought my S.U.V. there after it had been Totaled for a minor Fender Bender by the Insurance company. The repairs included replacing a $1600 Rear Hatch Door, which had sustained minor damage. After determining that everything still functioned perfectly, and the only damage was a bowling bowl width 1 inch deep dent in the door, he decided to pull the dent out and paint the door, rather than replacing it, saving and pocketing Me $1600. He could have just as easily Told me he replaced the door and pocketed the $1600. Himself. I would never have known the difference. After he saved/gave me $1600 in repair costs, he found 2 new headlamps for my 21 year old vehicle. After driving the vehicle, I realized that the Headlamps were not in alignment, contacted them, and had the oversight corrected immediately. He even found me a newer fully functioning Driver Side seat for my vehicle. Again, If you want Excellent Quality, Honest Service by a Company with Integrity, Sergio’s Auto-Body is the place.
