We moved in a month ago and have found ArtWalk to be a pleasant apartment complex so far. We lived downtown along busy streets and were constantly dealing with car, ambulance and fire truck noises. Our first night after moving in, it rained and we opened our windows — it was quiet and peaceful. A few weeks after moving in, we realized our A/C was struggling and our water heater was running very loud. We submitted a maintenance request and within 4 days, we had our water heater replaced with a brand new one and our A/C unit repaired. The leasing office were prompt in managing the repairs and the management team was friendly, professional, and competent. The leasing office earnestly tries to address all concerns brought to their attention.
There are homeless people that live on the streets near the complex. However this is greater Denver and homeless people are a reality we must accept. I have not had any direct, negative experiences with a homeless person and I have never felt unsafe on the property or in my home.

Didn’t like the place we were moving into, so we talked to Michael. He was really helpful on showing us alternatives and transferring our data over! Thanks Michael

Mike was so much help. He was patient with us and extremely nice. He explained everything he was doing even though we transferred units and was unsure what to do. Thank you!!

I have been living here for coming close to a year now and it's been a fantastic experience! The leasing manager, Megan, has always been very understanding of any complications with rent/utilities/etc. And has always done whatever she could to rectify any issues. I've seen some complaints here that seem very antithetical to my experience. All of the staff has been completely reasonable all the time! The only issue I have is that with the trash service I can't recycle bigger boxes. It has to fit into our little recycle bin and bags but unlike the dumpsters for trash, the ones for recycling are locked so I can't even do it myself. All around great apartments!

I have lived at Artwalk for almost 5 years. The initial company that ran it had workers who truly did NOT care about anything and were rude. Luckily there was quickly a new company that came in and they have been wonderful. I love the neighborhood because there are many convenient businesses close by. I had a recent experience in the hallway of my building that needed some attention. I took pictures of the incident and went to the office and spoke with Mike. This was on Memorial day weekend and there was not a lot that could be done however Mike offered to personally address the issue and do what he could to help fix it until the proper people could be contacted. He went as far as to get me a welcome mat that I didn't have to walk thru the mess until it could be better addressed. Megan also pitched in and they helped make an unpleasant experience tolerable. No one really was to blame for what happened and I accept that issues arise no matter where you are. I know that in the future if I need assistance the office staff and maintenance staff will do what's necessary to address concerns in a timely manner and keep me updated on status. I give Artwalk 4 stars instead of 5 only because rent everywhere is too high and I feel companies could do better at making housing more affordable. But the service from the people who work in the building at Artwalk is a 5 ! Thank you Mike, Megan and Artwalk staff. You have made me a loyal resident!

DO NOT LIVE HERE.
This property is over run with homeless people. You will climb over drugged out people on your way to your car often. Security is offsite and will take a long time to respond to any concerns if they do it at all.
The office staff is USELESS. They will misinform and straight up lie to you. Good luck getting ahold of anyone, you will get sent to a machine that they won't check and will not call you back. Emails do not get answered. You will get the old "your deposit is in the mail" excuse and they will try any and everything to nickel and dime you while raising rent. Please. STAY FAR AWAY.
Edit. These "5 star reviews" are fake.

I just moved in yesterday. I love my new apartment so far. A huge thanks to Michael, I was able to get in very last minute. He was incredibly professional and he’s very proficient and what he does. Love the amenities this place has to offer. I’m excited to explore Englewood.

Do not live here, see Lara Casey's post. I'm the father of her roommate that recently past away. This place has no compassion and horrible communication. We are grieving the loss of our daughter and getting stuck with questionable expenses. We have proof of our daughter making a claim her tub elamanat was peeling and it's not due to her fault. But can't reach anyone or get a return call. And by the way when you check out be prepared to pay 2 months of utilities, apparently they are 2 months behind, but can't get an explanation, and if you have pets, the pet rent is profit only and does not go towards any pet damage. Look for another place to live

Center of City and very nice management staff. Kim is very professional and cooperative. Before I was looking other property in that area, Trust me no response from Leasing Team or Managements. My suggestion to reader of This Review
Don't waist time to looking other property in that areas just call Art walk city center

Worst place to live!! Saw people outside shooting up drugs in their toes, people would leave there dog poop in the middle of hallways, constantly smelling like trash, they would send out constant emails about needing specific trash bins but never supplied them. Towed out family members car even though when we first moved in the said visitors were allowed to park on the outside parking area and then suddenly changed the policy without any notice. Up charge for everything they could. We finally moved out and got a bill 6 months later that was not included in our final bill. Horrible place to live, I don’t understand how this place has 3.5 stars and so many bad reviews.

As a former resident, I urge you to look elsewhere. Extremely rude office staff, homeless problem, (they sleep in the hallways, steal, and sleep on your door mat), 2 ax murders that occurred in a neighboring apartment, fire alarms going off at all hours, dirty, unsanitary, rat problem, they will breach written contracts and lie about things so be sure to get anything in writing. I could go on and on. Just don’t.

If you're in the market for an apartment that promises the world but delivers a punch to the gut, look no further than Artwalk, at City Center. This place is a masterclass in deception, with the manager Megan Ropa leading the charge. Upon move-in, you're greeted with promises of luxury and convenience, only to find yourself knee-deep in a nightmare. Faulty plumbing? Blame it on the fired employees, according to Megan Ropa. Leaky ceilings? Yup, you guessed it, another "gift" from the terminated staff. But don't worry, Megan's got your back, defending these lies with the skill of a seasoned politician. Need maintenance? Good luck getting a response that isn't wrapped in excuses and blame-shifting. So, if you enjoy being gaslit and watching your living space deteriorate while the manager taps into her inner Shakespearean villain, Artwalk at City Center is the perfect fit for you. Just don't expect any apologies, unless they're conveniently placed on the shoulders of those no longer around to defend themselves.
