Before we worked with Amy we did not think we could purchase a home. We were new to Colorado and currently living out of state. Buying a home was very unrealistic in our minds.
We are so happy to officially say we are first time homeowners. Amy we thank you and all your partners for making this dream come true.

Amy was very responsive and clear from the beginning what she thought we needed to do to get top dollar for our place. She recommended some simple upgrades, cleaning, and staging, which all made a huge difference. Even our friends and family were impressed with the staging - it was worth every penny! Our home sold for asking price within 10 days, and she guided us through all the remaining negotiations and deadlines. Amy was friendly, professional, and thoughtful, and she made it a very smooth process for us.
