Bad experience all the way around. Web description extremely misleading. Spoke to an arrogant manager who refused to do anything about us coming all the way out for nothing. Did not even apologize. Also, the individual who checks you in for pick up orders, the one who touches your ID and credit card..... went to the bathroom and walked directly out without washing his hands. Gross.

They showed up in a timely manner and even had to park a little further than our home due to road work. No complaints the guys were very nice and understanding

The salesperson SENA NOULEKOUN provides exceptional customer service! This is our company's first-time shopping with this location, and she truly went above and beyond to help with the checkout process and making herself available and approachable. We haven't received the delivery yet, but we were able to choose furniture that suits our clients and business for a great price.
