I am very disappointed. It started off well, movers came in and packed us up in a reasonable time. Came back on day two to pack us up onto the trucks. They didn't pay attention to the traffic and charged us extra for transporting to Colorado Springs. They finished at 10 at night because the commute took them an extra hour and a half. When it came time to tip the guys, the lead guy said "just tip us each $100 dollars because we worked our asses off for you people".... Seriously?!? Then after a week of unpacking, we finally got around to one of our TVs (brand new 65 inch) and it is broken. Appears to have been dropped. They apparently don't cover TVs. That is bull crap to be honest. We wouldn't have done a moving company but my mother and law and I are both out with knee injuries and couldn't do it ourselves. Never again would we use this company.

I recently had Cowboy Moving and Storage move my furniture and some appliances out and back in my condo so new floors and construction work could be done. First, I asked them to not leave the front door open as I had two cats in the unit. I even pointed one cat out so they knew they were around. Well they left the door open and one of my cats exited my condo never to be seen again. Second I had a new set of lamps from Pottery Barn in their original boxes. When they were moved back in one of the lamps pottery base was shattered. I notified one of the movers and he took the broken lamp back with him to shop. A staff member said he "fixed" it even though I had stated that I expected to be reimbursed for the broken lamp. I was to go to the office today and I was presented with a glued together pottery base that had been spray painted Where the glaze was damaged. The lamp was missing the rest of the pieces including the harp so it was useless to me. I took home the damaged lamp because they never intended on filing the insurance claim they had me fill out. Third on the move in two out of three of the movers had alcohol on their breath. I worked hard to buy that lamp and they treated it like it didn't matter.

Hi, my husband and I recently moved. We had never used a moving company before but had heard some pretty scary stories! Cowboy Moving and Storage was a wonderful company to work with. Donna was great in helping me get everything set up. The movers themselves were great, very friendly and personable. Also hardworking and went out of their way to take good care of things. They happened to mention to my husband that newer homes have a four prong plug for the dryer and ours was a three prong plug. They said if we bought a new one they would replace it for us the next day while unloading at our new house. Had they not said anything we wouldn't have known until we went to plug it in. They went out of their way to take care of other things to. They were a great company to work with and the best part is the original quote was right on the money!

I was going to rate them 5 stars, because they where very fast, very professional, and helpful, the price was right etc. Until I unpacked and realized I had an irreplaceable item, (that had some very emotional ties to) was STOLEN. (I know it was stolen, due to it was in a frame that was bundled with other pictures the same size and this was the only one missing, also with the new popularity of the fandom it would be desirable to fans) I reached out to the company and was met with "OOPS. Gee sorry. I'll 'ask' the teams, they are all very "trustworthy"" Like, they would tell you? I was not offered any sort of compensation for the missing item for me to even try to replace it. It really put a damper on an otherwise great experience. I would not trust them, and I won't recommending them.

After months of trying to get them to pay for damaged new furniture we are proceeding with legal action. This after showing up with two movers but tried to bill us for three, while also billing us for more time than they were here. The crew admitted to damaging it, we communicated it immediately, and it still took repeated attempts to get a response. Then silence. This is not a professional company with any sense of customer service.

James, Jordan, and Daniel packed me today from Cowboy Movers. They were strong, fast, efficient, and pleasant. It was not an easy job and they were amazing.

This company is very complicated and only one or two individuals can answer your questions. If they are out, you won't get an answer or a return phone call. I gave up after being called out by the person answering because I was "angry". Yes, I was. It was my third call for a question only to find the ONE person who could answer my question was unavailable - again. Go with a smaller, more responsive company. Not this one.

What a great experience. I was such a nervous Nellie as I hear all kinds of stories about moving companies. The crew arrived on time. They were professional. They know what they're doing The owner kept in contact w me twice, checking how the job was doing. They delivered on time. The final cost was just under the estimate. I plan to use them again

This is the worst moving company that I have ever used. I have used them many times, but the last move was horrifying. The last move, into my current estate, the lead mover was constantly trying to get advice from me, as he was facing a criminal case that would likely put him in prison. I was afraid to take my eyes off of them. They broke things, and took so many breaks, that a 1500.00 dollar move cost me 4000.00 And the lead mover put pressure on me, by trying to embarrass me in front of his team, to give them all a 100.00 tip. He simply would not shut-up and finish until I paid it, so I paid it, so they would finish and get off of my property. They refused to put items where I wanted them, and even damaged my home. It took then 12 hours... At least that is what I got billed. Should have take six guys 2 hours to load, two hours to unload. Use this clowns at your peril. I do not like to give negative reviews, but this about your personal items people... Update. This sorry excuse for a company has posted a reply to my terrible review. They claim that they do not see my name in their records . This is an obvious attempt to imply I'm not a real, past client. They don't deny any of what happened, but they don't see my name in the file. This shows their level of intellect is low. As I stated they have helped me with a major move of my belongings 5 times. The last time in December of 2019. They moved me from Castle Rock to my current estate in Elizabeth. If they try anything else, I will post the invoices, along with names...

Was informed that movers would arrive at 9 am. Arrived 30 minutes late. Did a good job moving. One mover smoked while on the job. This should never be allowed. Cowboy movers personnel threw their personal trash on our property (water/soda bottles, etc)...did they really think we would not notice???. We had to clean up after them. All 4 men did not have their full masks on while moving...only partially. Was charged for .5 hours of lunch, yet movers were offsite for a full hour. Our hope is that the owners take full notice of our experience and hold their staff accountable. Cowboy Moving and Storage owners need to take more responsibility and consider being onsite to manage their staff. Owners failed in our mind.

Look at the most recent review; avoid this company like the plague.Let's start they showed up at my house late, they came in smelling so bad you could not be in the same room talking about not showered in weeks reeking we thought our baby's needed to be changed no it was just the boxers.Next we've taken multiple pictures where they packed boxes with literally barely anything in and stuffed with paper to make appear full. They broke a 700 coffee machine right in front of us dropped it on the floor smashed to pieces. Said theh would cover it over a month and a half later and they've done nothing. They left our kids Xbox out which we thought was weird only until we received our stuff and realized they had stolen it along with my daughters guitar and numerous other items. Will be adding pictures later.

I would have given them 5 stars if the movers wore their masks in my home. This was before the Governor's mandate, but during the shut down so they should have been wearing masks. Other than this one issue, Cowboy Moving is the best. They moved me a couple of times and I always recommend them when asked about movers. The team I had were friendly and helpful. They arrived early, stayed later than expected and did not stop for lunch. When I went to the office to get boxes, they were extremely helpful. The boxes were a bit larger than Home Depot but comparable in price. If you use Cowboy, buy your boxes and tape from them. The tape was a better quality than Home Depot. My daughter is now moving and I told her do not use anyone else.

These were very timely and efficient. No damage or delays. Highly recommended. I have had many moves over the years and these guys were as good or better than any movers I used.

While moving from Centennial to Co Springs we had rented a U-Haul and thought, psh.. we got this! (just the 2 of us...). Then we came to our senses and realized it was going to take us forever and we are definitely not spring chickens! So we started calling around for quotes on moving our 2 bedroom condo to a home in the springs. We spoke to Sherry who provided all the hourly costs for 2 guys and for 3 guys on a Saturday with a $30 charge for gas since it was an out of town move. Not too bad. We weren't sure exactly how long it might take but we anticipated the move would be about $1500. On moving day the truck (giant truck) pulled up and 3 happy guys greeted me. Mike, Justin, and Pena. They took a look around and got right to work. They had us out of the old house in about 2 hours and handled everything with extreme care! As they were finishing securing everything in the truck we left ahead of them to head to the new house. Thinking they would take much longer than us we started unloading our cars and they pulled up behind us immediately! Moving in was much simpler since we just wanted all the boxes in the garage and all of the furniture in the living room. They cleaned up their truck, settled the final bill, and went on their way. Ended up being about $1400 and worth every penny to be all moved in with out the aches and pains and days it would have taken us!

Chose this company because of the high ratings, but was disappointed. First, it was supposed to have 3 movers, they called 15 mins before the appt time to say there would be 2. Not a big deal but slightly unprofessional. The two that showed up were friendly but appearance was disheveled. They were moving very slow and stopping in between moves to talk. I very much felt like they were trying to waste time, it was very frustrating. At one point one of the movers asked how they were doing. I said "Honestly, it's going a lot slower than I thought" he didn't have a response and kept on. Then it became awkward and I just wanted the experience to be over. Once to the new house things moved a little quicker. I feel bad because these guys were friendly but overall the experience isn't one I would be proud of if this was my company. I would not recommend using this moving company.
